★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, terrible communication skills to all the staff there. First I was promised a mock up, a week later I emailed to remind them that I hadn’t received it via email yet, I was informed that staff have been sick. Finally received my mock-up, I then give the go ahead to make the sweater. Then I was told an invoice would be sent to me. I asked if I could pay upon pick up?! Only to be told 4 days later (2 days before I’m supposed to pick up the item) that I indeed must pay via email transfer for them to even start printing my garments. I will not be recommending this joke of an establishment. I highly suggest the rocket for your custom shirt needs. At least they have customer service skills. Thank you for wasting weeks of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 20 hoodies from Coyote T-shirts for our not-for-profit organization. Once we received the order, we noticed that 15 of the garments had a spelling mistake. I called the company, who were very unapologetic and tried to blame the error on us for not catching their spelling mistake. They then told me that they could not take back all of the sweaters, but they could put vinyl over the spelling error with the correct spelling. We took the sweaters back that day, where some staff members met us and were apologetic and pleasant. They then told us that the hoodies would be ready to pick up 3 days later. We called them when we were supposed to pick the sweaters back up, where they informed us that the sweaters were still incomplete. We decided to wait, and the sweaters were ready to be picked up a few hours later. When we went to pick them up, the owner told us that the cover up would cost $15. Confused, we said that they never told us that we would need to pay for their spelling mistake. The owner then said, "it's only $15, you don't want to pay it?" We explained to the owner that we were a not-for-profit organization, and any additional costs are hard on the organization. The owner was clearly annoyed and told us to "just take them."
Overall, the experience with Coyote T-shirts was incredibly unpleasant and stressful. I will note that several of their staff members were very kind, however, the owner was disrespectful toward us. I would highly recommend finding another business to make your custom garments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order back in December. Took them 3 weeks to complete an embroidery service.
Finally got a chance to review and try on my order in January.. Spoke with whoever in charge or owner (Chertang). Told him the workmanship was terrible and unsatisfactory. Met him in person on Jan 24 2022. He mentioned he couldn’t care and would not do anything to remedy it. Request money back as my shirts were ruin. It worth more than the $183 of poor workmanship. Seems like a bunch of amateurs working there. One of my WHITE golf shirt embroideries, he uses a black felt backing when you wear you can see the black shadow around the design underneath. SHOULD HAVE USE A WHITE FELT INSTEAD. Another golf shirts with dark embroidery stitches and dark shirts, but he uses white threads in the back, result in spots showing through the design. SHOULD HAVE USE DARK THREADS INSTEAD. Another shirt was over-stretched with delicate fabric. HE BLAME IT ON THE threads.
Don’t waste your money on poor workmanship and bad customer service. NOT WORTH IT. ANOTHER OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED company. GO elsewhere and save your money.

I completed the whole process via email. Response times were average for a business. But they assured me they would be able to get my 3 shirts printed in the time I needed, and they delivered on that promise.
It's easy to get hurried or anxious about ordering products like this, but I'm glad Coyote T-Shirts took the time to respond to me and give me a quote and mockup so that I knew exactly what I was getting. Trust the process and your order will turn out great like mine did!

The customer service is wonderful - I was able to complete the entire ordering process over email, they got back to me promptly and worked with me to make sure the design would look its best, and they ensured that I was able to pickup up my shirts by my deadline.

Janita is an excellent person to work with and makes sure to explain every little detail so that you are not caught off guard by the final product.
