SUREFLOW PLUMBING & DRAIN

John is honest and helpful. We began a DIY bathroom reno and hit a snag, we ordered the wrong parts for redoing our shower/tub and snapped a copper pipe for the tub spout. We had shut our main water valve off and were without water for over 24 hrs. Once we connected with John he explained from pics we sent him that we could turn our water back on, as the valves at the shower/tub were still in place and he guided us through the process on how to make sure the shower valves were in the shut off position. This was so helpful as we needed to order new parts(which will take time) and we can at least have accessibility to water and especially the use of the toilet!! I will add that I spoke to several other plumbers and no one was this helpful! John's honesty is what makes him so trustworthy. Thank you so much John!

Let's start with the initial contact I had with Nikki. Obviously toilet issues can just POP up out of nowhere, and be extremely inconvenient and can be nerve-wracking. A google search for my area revealed Sureflow, so I contacted Nikki right away. Taking her time, she walked me through possible scenarios and what I could expect with an assessment and/or repair. She was so professional on the phone...and helpful and honest and thorough. Such a great pleasure to speak with her. My stress level decreased tenfold after speaking with her--I felt I had someone reliable I could turn to. Thankfully, due to the current climate in the world, and to reduce contact, she suggested I send some videos, photos and detailed explanations so that their technician could have a cursory look to see if he could provide me with me any information. Shortly after sending this to Nikki, I received a phone call with some suggestions and their professional opinion. I took her recommendations and we decided to proceed with replacing our toilet (we bought our own, and they installed, but they also have the option to purchase directly from them). We were able to have a technician come the next day. Our window was from 12-4pm, and as promised, we received a text message that our technician, Giovanni, was en route--and this was followed up with a courtesy phone call. We didn't wait long---they arrived at 12:30:-) Giovanni and his colleague arrived on time, with all their necessary equipment, shoe protectors and masks. It took them about 30 minutes to install our new toilet. They were professional, courteous, on time and efficient. The room was left clean and I received confirmation they had completed along with their invoice moments after completion. Since I was not on site (my husband was), they even texted me photos of the finished project. I would highly recommend SureFlow...if we ever need a plumber in the future, this is who we will call. Especially in the currant climate, we were floored with the speedy service. Moreover, we were treated respectfully and our problem was seen to from start to finish, and all questions answered fully. Thank you, SureFlow! While this could have normally been a very stressful incident, I felt sure I was being well taken care of:-)

Review 2: My first review is below. This is my second review just to highlight my satisfaction as a customer. Job: Replace toilet with water shut off issues (not sure if that's the technical explanation) & replace faulty pipes under sink. I spoke to Grant on a Friday and he and his apprentice showed up on Sunday as per my request. Firstly, the flexibility they provide is awesome and they are a very busy plumbing business, so to be able to be flexible like this is a testament to how they manage their business. Second, I had an expectation for the type of service I would receive based on my first experience, and now I know this is their standard. Grant was extremely friendly, professional and passionate. You can tell he absolutely cares about his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, walked me through the pricing to ensure I was comfortable with it and there was zero sales tactics. His work is impeccable - and he double checked his apprentices work (the toilet replacement) and gave him coaching and motivation, which was great to see. If you're looking for a plumber - Sureflow Plumbing & Drain will provide you with fantastic work (my spigot replacement below is in great shape!) that will last, and just the best customer experience you could ask for. Ron and his apprentice were absolutely awesome! My garden faucet outside snapped and I had to have the pipe and spigot replaced. They had to cut into the wall to get the job done, but they left a clean and perfect size for a standard door (which is how it should have been done to begin with - but this is the difference between those that care, and those that don't), which will make controlling the water between season so much easier. Ron consulted with me to ensure we were on the same page and that I was in agreement with the method or end result. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured that everything was protected. They were extremely polite and just all around good guys. Everything works absolutely flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. Great jobs guys! Located Sureflow via their website. Called the office and the contact had John/plumber contact me within minutes, The appointment was set up virtually and costs were made clear prior to the commencement of work. John was on time, finished the work (replace sump pump and install back up battery) in a professional and expedient manner and left the workplace spotless. When John was done he explained what he had done and walked me through the process, Had a few other questions for John which he happily answered. Would definitely call Sureflow again as needed, and would request John.

I’m glad to have found these honest folks from another platform. Ron and Chris came by on the day I called and was able to clear our clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher hose drains. They are not the cheapest but you will have a good night sleep knowing they did a job well done and I’m confident to say it’s money well spent with these professionals. Ron and Chris were courteous and professional. For a somewhat handy person like myself, these guys know what they are doing and got the job done very quickly and most importantly, cleanly. In my conversation with Ron, the company has a day & night shift and service 24/7. I know who to call in case I have an emergency next time! I was facing a mammoth task when I found waste water in my basement, and after deciding against renting a snake from Home Depot, and pouring chemicals down to clear the blockage, I instead decided to call a specialist company, as I had no experience, or patience. One call, and John answered, got my details, then scheduled Ron and Chris, who texted me before they arrived. They both came at the stated time, and put on clean covers over their work boots, to enter the house, and assess the situation. After discussing what options were available, they proceeded to bring in the equipment to begin. They were persistent, and ended up bringing in heavy duty equipment, taking them best part of 4 hours to clear a stubborn section of built up grease. All I can say is thank you to Ron, and Chris! Ron was very knowledgeable in trying to deal with clearing the blockage, with what to do, and when, and Chris, for running up and down the stairs, fetching equipment from the van, or running the taps as per Ron's instructions. These two were true professionals, and did an excellent job representing Sureflow. I'm hoping I never experience a problem with the drains, but if I did, I know who I'll be calling, without a doubt!! Our family has used the services of Sureflow Plumbing twice over the past month. Once for a plumbing issue at one property and drain issues at another property. They responded to our issues in a timely manner and both issues were diagnosed correctly and fixed to my satisfaction. The team was detailed on describing both problems and ensured that everything was working properly before they left the premises.
