He was able to diagnose and replace the tank quickly and was such a pleasure to deal with. The jobsite was spotless and he gave a great price! I would highly recommend Josh the Ginger Man! After hiring a couple of plumbers that we were not happy with we run across an ad for Ginger man mechanical, well I knew he was the right guy just by our first conversation. I wasn't disappointed when he arrived the next day just as promised and went about his work. He was done in no time at a very reasonable price and even fixed a couple problems the other guys left. Not only did he get the job done he got it down right the first time and efficiently. Some guys would have dragged it out or tried to hose me. Not with Ginger man mechanical. Nothing but good things to say about him. Highly recommend! He even had his wife tag along to give him a hand. Talk about a family operated business!

Josh was there within 15 min, spent an hour up on my roof in -40 weather chipping away at the built up ice. Had my furnace back up and running quickly and better than ever. I called a few contractors to get some competitive pricing and ideas of which way I should go with the heater. Josh from Ginger Man was the first to show up, in fact he came that evening. I discussed options with Josh and he was extremely polite and helpful. Another contractor showed up 8 days later and I still have not received a quote from them. After a bunch of research and advice from Josh I decided to do most of the work myself to save some money. Josh had done some research himself and told me where to get the best price on the heater, in fact he went to the store and checked himself and texted me back and sure enough he saved me over $200 on the heater alone, now that’s service! Josh provided me a quote and told me where I could get the permit for the heater. I picked up all the supplies, installed the furnace and Josh inspected and installed and pressure tested the gas. The part that really surprised me was that it was -30 C when he did the instalI, I was expecting a phone call to tell me that he would come back later. Not the case Josh showed up on time, installed the gas, only interrupted our gas service to the house for about 20 minutes and made sure that all the gas appliances were working immediately after. Well done Josh, I will be calling in the future if I’m in need of pluming or other mechanical services. And the best part is that he lives 10 minutes away!
