My parents recently purchased property from Opus homes. It was a great experience and Opus team was always there to help and guide through out the process from purchase to closing. Very special thanks to Andrea for her exceptional customer service , prompt responses and everything possible she could do in this tough time of pandemic to help her customers. Quality of work is excellent compared to other builders and offer plenty of options to choose from . I highly recommend Opus homes !! .

Great builder! Highly recommend OPUS to anyone looking to buy a new home in the GTA. They are so great to their clients and their homes truly stand out. I love my home in Whitby Meadows! Standard 8' tall front entry door makes the entrance looks so grand. And I love that they were able to get me the garage man door. I can't say enough good things about OPUS!

We followed a flyer from Brampton to Stouffville's Cityside Phase 1 launch in 2019. Not knowing what to expect we were overwhelmed by the amount of people at the launch. Easily a 1000 people. After getting tickets at Fieldgate, Deco and Opus we happened to get into Opus and bought on the spot a beautiful contemporary style home. It was a little unnerving to make such a big purchase on the spot but it was well worth it. Fast forward over a year and we are so pleasantly surprised how gorgeous and well crafted our home is. Andrea and her team really care about their customers and you can see the superior quality of their homes vs the other one's in the neighborhood. I also love how the sound proofing really washes out all the construction noise. From design, to craftmanship, Opus was definitely the best choice! will refer them and hopefully buy again with them.

TBH, I don't like to write reviews, but i have to warn all the new home buyers STAY AWAY FROM THEM, purchased 2 houses from them, first one not so many problems, i was living there without the light switch covers for at least 2 or 3 months, finally i have to go buy and install them myself. The second one from Richland is nothing but problems, before we moved in, we already noticed the garage wall are mold, not sure where that was coming from, roof leaks has to be fixed 3 times in order to get the leaks away, exterior vent with no cover, what if some animals get into the house??? Foundation cracks and leaks into the basement, they will tell you it is "Normal", after 2 years you are basically on your own, any problem arises, it will be either normal or out of warranty, they can't do much about it. what's really funny is that i still have the green sticker on the wall during the PDI, that has not been fixed up until today.

Purchased a 43 foot lot Opus Home in the Richlands community (Leslie & Elgin Mills) that closed in March 2021. Water has been leaking into our basement since we've moved in. We were told that this is because they didn't caulk the exterior of the house (windows or doors) when we closed. Due to the lack of exterior caulking, we ended up incurring high utility bills to constantly try to heat our house in the winter, and cool the house during the summer. After they finally caulked the exterior of the house several months later, water continued to leak into our basement. Also, their electrician drilled a hole through one of the pipes so that caused another leak in the basement every time the toilet was flushed. After it rained this weekend, water started leaking through our windows in our basement, main floor, and second floor. Also, water started to leak through the back door (main floor), door knobs (how is this even possible?), and garage doors as well. This is not what we expected from Opus after paying a huge amount for this house. It has damaged the insulation in the basement, and is ruining the wood/drywall/floor every time it leaks. We were told that there was nothing wrong with the basement door when this issue was initially raised during our PDI, but we proceeded with putting it on our Tarion. Apparently we are "in line" to get these issues fixed since we've moved in, with no concrete date in sight. Our house is not energy efficient as heat/air conditioning is leaking through these gaps throughout the house. Our air conditioning doesn't go below 22.5 degrees Celsius as it's leaking. This is just one of the many issues that we've had to go back and forth with the builder to resolve. We've connected with our neighbors and apparently they are experiencing the same issues. The "best in class" customer service is great marketing to get you to purchase the house, but after you hand your money over, good luck in getting your issues resolved timely. Will not recommend this builder to anyone. Go with a more established and reputable builder so you can sleep every time it rains.

Andrea and the Opus team met and in most areas exceeded our expectations in terms of what we were looking for in a builder. My husband and I had a poor experience with the purchase of our first home and we communicated this to Andrea who made it a personal goal of hers to meet our needs on a one on one basis. I have never heard of a builder who you could have such a personal relationship with when purchasing. From sales to design to home inspection, the team overall were approachable, accomodating and patient with us to ensure that what we asked for is what we got. Yes, there were a few bumps in the road as nothing is ever 100%, but the customer service was better than I thought I would recieve. We moved in the world went into pandemic lockdown mode, and we are so happy and blessed to be in a home we loved while it was just the two of us. Then, shortly after it became the 3 of us as we welcomed our baby girl to her first home. We highly recommend Opus Homes as a builder for you and your family when finding a home. The design is also modern and fresh with great quality furnishings that are built to last. We are proud to be customers and to start a family in a home that has been memorable to say the least, and we look forward to making many more memories (pandemic free! ?) The Graham Family

I highly recommend OPUS to anyone looking to purchase a new home from a really great builder. I purchased my home from OPUS in 2017 and my experience has been exceptional. Normally I don’t leave reviews but OPUS really provided outstanding workmanship and their staff was so professional throughout the process that I had to recognize their excellent client service. Kim was awesome during the decor process. She never made me feel rushed and used her experience to help me pick amazing finishes for my home. I still remember my frame walk with Anthony, he was so knowledgeable and accommodating with my appointment time. I had so many questions as it was my first home purchase and he was extremely patient with me! Shout out to Jimmy for his quick responses to any questions I had about my home after I moved in. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to OPUS and when the time comes be a repeat client of theirs! Thank you team OPUS!

Being a first time house buyer was an interesting experience and Opus made it a painless experience. The team at Opus were kind, accommodating, thoughtful, and just very human. We always felt like we could reach out with questions or issues. We always felt heard and valued. We always felt the team was as invested in the beauty and function of our home as we were. And we always felt incredibly blessed to have chosen a plot that Opus owned. From the beautiful decor studio options to the prompt and friendly responses from Opus team members, I can honestly say I can't think of anything that I would change about our experience. It is incredible that Opus maintains this level of customer care despite the size of the company and the amount of new developments they're working on. In particular, Kim at the design studio and Giovanni the site manager are professional and communicative and just honest people.
