★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do make wonderful controls, unfortunately they are a NIGHTMARE to get a hold of. They DO NOT have anyone that answers ANY phone lines, nor do they return phone calls in a timely manner. this has caused our business to lose prospective customers, more times than I can count. Even Bailey Hydraulics, their parent company, doesn't seem to care.
