★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal!! Once they have your $$, it's "see you later" . Wouldn't buy a wheel barrow off of them. They're price was lower than anyone else, but after service cost way more to rectify the things they said were not covered under warranty. Very disappointed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought truck in for service several times. Each time they said it was fixed. Repair lasted a week then it was back in the shop. Finally hired another private mechanic and he fixed the issue first try. Now we just brought our truck in for service and a oil change. Our motor is now covered in oil because they forgot THE OIL CAP!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brake repair shop in Central Saanich area. Old mechanic a new mechanic she get the best of both worlds. Experience from the old mechanic and computer skills with the new mechanic LOL at least they have people there working there that don't just rely on a computer to fix the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my truck booked in for an annual mvi in 2020. Sat there for 2 weeks before they even looked at it. Took 3 weeks total, before I got it back. Ended up buying another truck, to use in the meantime, so I wouldn't lose my customers. In 2021, I should've known better, I thought I'd give them a second chance to redeem themselves. Took just over a week to do an mvi and replace 2 amber turn lights for red turn lights. Apparently, the lights were legal the year before when they inspected it, but illegal this year. The cost, for the mvi and 2 lights, was just over $600. There was no communication with me about anything needing to be replaced or repaired. Only a phone call saying that my truck was ready to be picked up. Got in my truck to leave, the ebrake lever is broken and the engine has a loud knock and runs rough. For anybody reading this, hopefully this information will help you and save you and your truck from alot of grief. I wouldn't trust this place to inspect or repair a lawn mower, let alone an MDT or HDT. Very unprofessional, inexperienced and shady.
