I want to warn everyone what terrible place this is first he tried to tell me my motor needed to be redone and wanted to redo it or sell me a new one after going to another place found out it was just a gasket and then ordered a gasket set from him and waited 2 weeks when i questioned him on it found out it had not been ordered. very disapointed with this company and wouldn't recommend them to no one.

After a very dissapointing start to the boating season I found myself pulling my 24ft Grady White back to Alberta to repower. I was running a 2003 250 evinrude that had become unreliable. I was at a crossroads as to what to replace it with. I did some research and I was pretty certain i was going to repower with a 250 Yamaha. I went so far as to get a price and it was a very fair price. I had asked the salesman from the Yamaha dealer to drop by my house which was litterally five minutes from the dealership so he could ensure he had all that he needed to install the engine on my boat, he said he did not have time and I would have to hook on to it and bring it to him. I was blowen away here I was about to buy a $29000.00 motor and he could not drive five minutes hmmmm. So I hooked up the boat drove it to the dealer and he spent appx five minutes of rushed time with me and asked if they should order the motor. I was not feeling to good at this point and suggested that they would here from me until then please hold off on the orde. I then drove the boat unannounced to Supreme. Gord came out and took appx a hour of his time to explain to me why I should go with the new Evinrude G2 300. He was patient with my questions and very knowledgable about the industry. Not once did he put down the compitition instead he explained why the G2 would be a better fit for my boat. It was his attitude that had me ordering the 300 G2. Between gord and Steve the service and experience I received was outstanding and I do not have any regrets with purchasing my new power through them as well as having them do the install. I found them to prompt straight forward and honest. My suggestion to anyone is to give these guys a try the will go the extra mile from my experience and they have very good pricing. Jim Rae

I called the other day to inquire about a new coupler for my first boat. The gentleman on the phone said he thought he might have the one im looking for and would get back to me. I called later that afternoon and left a voicemail. I still have not recieved an answer. Its too bad because if they had the part and called me back i would have jumped in my truck and brought my boat to them. Turns out their busy enough too not need my buisness.

Old school customer service from someone who is honest and knows a great deal about boats and sleds. Could not ask for a better place to buy things or get work done. Can be hard to get hold of on the phone because of limited staff but drop in and you will be treated great.

I have not reviewed this company, though I have purchased several items from them before. I wanted to share my experience that i purchased a 1970 70hp Chrysler head gasket from Supreme Marine, brand new in packaging a couple of years ago! Who the heck has something as wild and crazy old as that, just sitting "on the shelf"?! Replaced and that motor has been running fine. Each time I have just dropped in to "window shop", they always appear to be busy, so I get to wander around and drool over some of the products, but when I was ready to buy something, they were there to serve promptly! This is not a Walmart, where you have people standing around with nothing better to do than try to sell you something, this is a place of business where employees are all working hard to multi task and get work done (my view). I like this kind of work place! Thank you Supreme Marine, for providing a service and outlet that isn't just about the "brand new and flashy" products, but supporting our old vessels that have hard to come by parts as well! Definitely me "go to" place, when I need to!

Bought a boat motor at a police auction, it was spray painted black with Honda stickers put on it. I took the motor to him hoping he could identify it and hoping he had the latch to hold on the cover. He took a 30 second look at it and identified the correct maker and was only off by 2 years on the model year. I was pretty impressed. He unfortunately didn't have the part i needed and warned me that if I did find the part it would be insanely expensive... boy was he right!

Staff is experienced and knowledgeable. Look for the boat in the ditch, the sign is pretty small.

This guy knows his stuff! I have contacted him several times about boat issues and nailed the problem within seconds! I will not take any of my power toys anywhere else! He is very helpful and will take the time to help anyone out. If you’de dealt with any other shop you probably already know of the disgraceful dealers out there. If i could give 6 stars I would
