S	Shawn Blankier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment to replace a tire. I gave them credit card info as well. I show up at my appointment time and there is no tire there and they were even questioning the appointment. They apologized but thats about it. No call before appointment or anything.
S	Sidney Chelsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in North Toronto Acura at Yonge and Steele. I had my car in for service and they said I had an oil leak and the cost to fix was $700. They also said I needed to change my air filters at a cost of over $200. No problem with the air filter. It was checked out also. Took it to another service centre and they checked it. There was no oil leak. I have driven for 6 months with no problem. Called Acura Canada and they said they are not responsible for their dealers. What a shame for a great car. At last I found a service centre I can trust. Allan Smith the owner is honest and trustworthy he has gained a customer for life as well as my family and friends keep up the great work 50 ritin off confederation parkway and langstaff

Stayed late on a Friday night to complete job. Researched tires recommended/installed and found they are top rated. This level of service has made me a regular for sure.

I was quoted an insane price from my dealership for some work that when I brought it to allan at superior tire told me that it was unnecessary. He did the work that needed to be done within the time promised for a reasonable amount. He knows what he is doing and is very polite and he and his staff are knowledgeable. Thank you Allan I will be back as well as will be giving my friends your recommendation.

Every other place if they could even get them it was a week to two weeks. Superior tire got it for me the same day and had it installed before 5 PM. Honestly life savers
S	Steven Buttler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are dishonest. Quoted me one price on the phone. Then after the work is done, when I show up to pay, the bill is significantly higher. They tried claiming that they just didn't quote me HST, which was a lie as they were very clear on the phone that the total did include tax. Also their numbers didn't add up (the difference in price was more than just HST). They had my car keys and it wasn't worth fighting or suing them over a couple hundred bucks so I paid up and left. I would avoid this place.

I called on a Thursday, I believe, to make sure the online quote was accurate. Unlike other dealers it was! Got my car in the following Tuesday for a set of Toyo Observe Ice G3. A great experience overall. Thank you Gayle and company!
