Vaughan Collision Centre Ltd

Got into an accident on a Friday heading home from work. I was literally in tears when the other driver chose to flee the scene as I was on the phone with the police. Managed to drive my car a few short meters to a gas station. A tow guy came to my rescue. He helped me by taking photos of the damage for my insurance and waited until his colleague arrived from Leaders Towing. Rami from Leaders then waited with me until the police arrived. While the police took my report Rami was calling his rental guy. John showed up with a quickness. They basically took care of everything, even when I had doubts about the process they assured me. The car was taken to Vaughan Collision Centre and from beginning to end Donna took care of everything, showing exceptional customer service. The insurance adjuster told me my car would take 16 days to complete. Donna handled communicating with my adjuster and the rental company when the car ready date had to be pushed back twice. She was even willing to stay past closing to accommodate my work schedule. When I arrived to pick up my car it looked better than when I bought it! I was so taken aback as I inspected the work. Noticed 2 new tires when only one was damaged in the accident. Minor scratches the car had previously were all gone. Then I went to pay the tab and Kevin came out to see me. He started explaining he did the repair work and everything he'd done. I was in such shock I forgot to shake this mans hand smh. He broke down for me why there was a delay. He wasn't comfortable with the one tire change even though my front tires were fairly new he replaced both for proper alignment. He replaced front and back bumpers. The final delay was so they could detail the car. I don't recall a better experience I've had with car repair. The delay was well worth it! Live in Mississauga, but thankfully work in Vaughan. If I need any future work done on my car, I'll be going to Vaughan Collision Centre.

Every employee was friendly and seemed like they actually wanted to help you out instead of screw you over like most shops do. The owner was very helpful and took the time to break everything down for me. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and my car came out looking brand new. I highly recommend this shop as I was thoroughly impressed with my experience!

These guys are very good in doing their job. I was referred by one of my friends to their Collision Center. Initially, I was a bit hesitated as I never had any experience with Collision. But once I received my Vehicle It was just as I received from the Showroom when I purchased it. There Reputation follows their hard work. I would like to say thank you very much to Mustafa and his team.

my experience at Vaughan Collision was positive, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept good contact with me as my vehicle was in for repairs after my accident. The manager explained every detail of repairs and I felt comfortable. My car looks awesome thank you Vaughan Collision!!

my war, hit from behind, was towed there by truck, and at the beginning they told us they will fix within 2 weeks and also they gave us life warranty for their repair verbally.. Actually it took almost 2 months to get work done. They did REPLACE everything as needed, but I heard load noise when I picked my car up, had to go back again. after 2 days I returned my car as it was leased car. and I received bill from dealer due to tail gate alignment issue. When I called them, they said they will call me back. but I never receive their calls. NEVER TRUST TOW TRUCK AND SUCH A TRASH COLLISION CENTER
