They come home feeling positive and inspired to choose a healthier lifestyle all around, not just fitness related. I just wish they had the time to do it more. Thank you Taryn for creating such a perfect environment for these young tweens.

She has been going for the past two years and has loved doing the fitness classes and run club...truthfully I was never dedicated to fitness myself until a few years ago and we actually motivated each other...she saw how taking care of my health and fitness had a positive effect on me as a Mom and she was excited to follow this path and lead an active lifestyle. We did the Mother and Daughter run club together and bonded over our accomplishments.... What we love about Fitgirls is the way they incorporate lessons for the kids about nutrition, positive body image and self confidence -these days that is so incredibly important for both girls and boys with all the misconceptions they hear and see about body image. Our daughter’s confidence really developed after she started this program...she came out of her shell because the coaches make it fun and interactive with creative and unique activities- it is truly unlike any other program!

I did it with both of my daughters, age 10 and 7, and we really got to bond each week and set a goal together to run a 5k. We looked forward to this time together and Fit Girls really taught us how to be active and have fun at the same time. Our entire lifestyle is changing, the way we eat, the activities we choose for a Sunday afternoon etc. We are so greatful to the warm trainers that encouraged us and gave us the confidence we needed! Thank you!

Clean, fun, friendly - an excellent option for young girls to stay active while having a blast at the same time!

Not only does she get amazing exercise but the discussions regarding health and self esteem, make this program unique and very needed. The staff are incredible and well trained. I highly recommend this program for both girls and boys (as they now have all boy classes too). I also like that Fit Girls have running programs and self defence instruction, in addition to their regular weekly classes.
