★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabina is a fantastic instructor! I’ve been taking her online Pilates and stretching classes for the past couple months and they have been incredible. Sabina is very professional and knowledgeable. Her classes have great flow and a variety of exercises at different levels of difficulty. I leave feeling energized, stronger and more flexible. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Anna is exceptionally knowledgable about the anatomy of the body and how it should all work together. No other physiotherapy or massage has ever made the same positive impact on my body. I'm so grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended Mat Pilates Training level 1 with Anya. Anya is very professional, knowledgeable, passionate and encouraging, helpful. Throughout two days intensive teacher training, I got to learn 20 basic but important poses of Mat Pilates, at the end of the course, I got half an hour to teach classmates and received constructive feedback from Anya . The teacher training is taught on the small group of setting of three students. It is dynamic, interesting, interactive. Will definitely attend Pilates Mat training level 2 with Anya. Highly recommended for anyone who is interested in Pilates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 4 years already since I started with Peonyx, my first ever commitment to any type of work for my body and soul.
To say that my life changed since is to say nothing. I walk out of class feeling fulfilled, energized and at the same time calm and present. I have gained knowledge of my body like never before. This is a very exclusive, welcoming and motivating place. They’ve raised the bar high which is hard to beat. I am extremely happy for the new location! Can’t wait for this new chapter. Thank you for being part of my new life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a Pilates Teacher Training program from Anya. I was impressed with Anya's approach to teaching and the way she runs her training sessions. Taking this program, you will learn not only the pilates techniques but also how to meet the needs of your clients and make sure they feel attended and cared for all the way through the training session on the way towards achieving their goals. You will learn how to keep your clients focused on the present moment while exercising. You will discover a lot of tips on how to work with a group of people and on how to make your lessons interesting and purposeful, lessons people would want to revisit.
Looking forward to continuation of my classes with Anya:)

Anya is an extremely passionate instructor, and her teacher training program has provided me with so much useful information. If there is one studio you should check out, it’s this one!
