★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to order through an online service, it got cancelled. So, I called the store to place my order. I began to speak to the man on the phone in English, he wasn't replying, so I said "hello?". He began to tell me he doesn't speak English, which is no big deal, I can also speak French. He then began to yell at me for calling a second time (which I didn't, it was the first time I've ever called the store) and for not taking their business seriously by having background noise while I place my order. He proceeded to berate me even after I explained to him that I only just called and just wanted to place my order.
I've never been so rudely spoken to by someone I've never spoken to before. I am utterly confused as to his reaction, why he sounded so hateful toward me and what led him to speak to me that way when I spoke to him kindly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i i could give less than one star, i would do it a thousand times over. the story begins at precisely at 12:15. the hunger started to set in. i called super pizza and requested the food be delivered. so far so good right? well this is where the story turns sour. by 1:00 i still had not received my order. keep in mind i am on my feet all day, and start work at 7 am. i decided to call to see if my order had at least left with the driver. i was assured that the order had left and would be there soon. the hunger was ever growing. at 1:15 i called once more. keep in mind this is 1 hour after the initial call. again, i was assured that the order would be there any second. time : 1:35. still no food. i decided to call once again. at this point thr person on the phone became very irate and started talking down to me. i tried to keep my cool and advised him that this was not acceptable.
1:45. my food arrives. the driver told me never to order from them again (as if that was even something i would dream of doing ever again). the arrogance and complete lack of professionalism made me absolutely sick with disgust. i decided to call once again. i am not one to complain, however i had been pushed to my limits.
the person on the phone called me cheap. and then he yelled at me and hung up. i was quite literally at a loss for words. how is this acceptable??
now, i would like to mention one more thing. i dont like to throw false accusations around freely, however i have heard from multiple sources that there have been cases of food poisoning there. unfortunately i only found this out after this whole debacle happened. i was asked incredulously "you actually ate their food??"
next time ill know better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza there while studying for my finals, good delivery time, but worst pizza i've ever had. I'm insulted and feel played to have paid for this. Uncooked crust, little to no sauce depending on the bite, so little topings you could put them all on one slice and then you'd have a normal amount of topings for that slice. Couldnt imagine a pizza place would ever actually allow something like this, but seems like it. Never order there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start by saying my rating is not based on the so called "best pizza" standards. This place is by no means a gourmet or specialty pizza restaurant. It is however one of the best corner street standard pizza joints in the city. Large 3 topping for 12$ is more than all good in my book, the quality of the ingredients is also surprisingly fresh for said type of eatery. Special mention to Sherif who honestly nails the pie everytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered through Just Eat. They tell me the estimated time delivery was 7:30pm becbuse I ordered at 6:30pm. So I wait, I wait. It's now 7:50 so I contact Just Eat. They tell me the delivery guy is on his way. So I wait. Now 8:20, I call the restaurant myself, the guy tells me the delivery guy didnt even pick up my order yet. So I write back to Just Eat to cancel cause I've been waiting for 2 hours now. Just Eat tells me that the restaurant classed my order as "has been delivered" so I cant get my money back. I call the restaurant, talk to the boss, calls me a liar and tells me impatient and trying to gain from this situation. He said I called many time, when I only called once after 2hrs of waiting. Tells me the delivery guy was "at my address" when I cancel but I was outside and NO ONE was there. Arrogant. Sends me back my food, takes another 20-25minutes and its cold and half my stuff is missing. I paid 33$ for this. Worse restaurant ever. Do Not Order From There!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a poutine and a pizza. I couldn't eat the poutine because it looked disgusting and the sauce had fermented on top. I took a picture and sent it to the customer service at Uber Eats. It looked so gross that they apologized and refunded me the full order right away. I think the ingredients on the pizza were expired because I woke up with a terrible stomach ache. A lot of people got sick from this restaurant, I think the city should send an inspector for everyone's safety.
