La comis qui ce prends pour Pamela Anderson refuse de demander au Médecin si il vas le prendre. Very bad service, I present myself with a baby with a 42 ° fever. They refuse to take it on the grounds that Dr. takes just 15 patients. The comis who take it for Pamela Anderson refuses to ask the Doctor if he will take it.

Docteure Francine Asselin est irresponsable et sans coeur. Je n'ai reçu aucune lettre pour me prévenir que le docteur Francine Asselin partait pour la retraite. Donc, je vais porter plainte au Collège des médecins du Québec. Secretary of Dr. Francine Asselin told me that the latter had retired and she did not assign me a doctor for follow-up. Dr. Francine Asselin is irresponsible and heartless. I did not receive any letter to inform me that Dr. Francine Asselin was leaving for the retreat. So, I will make a complaint to the Collège des médecins du Québec.
R	Rani Msafar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai consulte pour des douleurs persistantes de dos, la medecin m'a dit de me passer le seche-cheveux dans le dos, la chaleur peut soulager !!! aller chez le medecin pour se faire dire ca, je savais pas si rire ou pleurer. Je suis allee dans une autre clinique et ils mont fait faire des radiographies et jai des disques et vertebres tasses dans le bas de la colonne lombalgie chronqiue avec saillie d,un disque sur moelle epiniere ... pas fort ... pas fort I consulted for persistent back pain, the doctor told me to pass the hair dryer on my back, the heat can relieve !!! go to the doctor to be told that, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. I went to another clinic and they had x-rays taken and I have discs and vertebrae cups in the lower part of my chronic low back pain. with protrusion of a disc on spinal cord ... not strong ... not strong

J'ai un souci de santé depuis 5 jours déjà, j'ai laisser un message poue qu'on me rapelle pour prendre rendez-vous avec mon médecin ou à la clinique sans rendez-vous. Personne ne m'a rappeler et mon souci de santé devient de plus en plus urgent et souffrant.Je suis à nouveau tombée surla boîte vocale de la Clinique et j'ai laissé à nouveau un message. De plus j'habite sur la rive nord de Montréal. Je commence vraiement à me demander si je ne devrait pas changer de médecin et trouver une autre clinique plus pro- active envers ses patients. Par contre, je connais les conséquences, je devrai me mettre sur une liste d'attente pour avoir un nouveau médecin de famille et pendant tout ce temps je n'aurai pas plus de services que je n'en ai présentment. Vraiment, ou s'en va-t-on avec si peu de considération pur autrui? I have been a patient at the Clinic for 10 years. I have had a health problem for 5 days now, I left a message to be reminded to make an appointment with my doctor or at the walk-in clinic. No one called me back and my health concern became more and more urgent and painful. I fell on the Clinic's voicemail again and left a message again. In addition, I live on the north shore of Montreal. I'm really starting to wonder if I shouldn't change doctors and find another clinic that is more proactive towards its patients. On the other hand, I know the consequences, I will have to put myself on a waiting list to have a new family doctor and during this time I will not have more services than I have now. Really, or do we go away with so little consideration for others?

Jappele a chanque mois pour essayer de prendre mon rdv avec mon médecin famille sans succès . C juste frustrant After two years, I think it's not normal for the clinic to be closed to prevent the spread of covid. I call every month to try to make my appointment with my family doctor without success. It's just frustrating
M	Mushra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait time is not long, maybe because everybody knows that service is bad, not saying that reception is bad but all the doctors especially the one which barelly speaks french. Not suggesting to go to this clinic.
A	Ana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is terrible because of the receptionist. She is incredibly rude. We’ve had to come here 10 times and the 10 times she has been completely terrible, even if we were super pleasant with her. She doesn’t even say hi, doesn’t tell you if you should wait or anything. This morning, I came in with my mom and she was talking with a doctor about her vacations and she ignored people at reception for over 10 minutes while she discussed her plans. We are ready to be transferred to another clinic because we can’t handle her disrespect anymore. I won’t even get into details about the doctors not speaking proper French or English. They also don’t even listen to you. Overall, if I could rate this clinic 0 stars I would. Please please please don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

My blood test results were lost since December 15 and I finally got it ( only because I called the clinic every day) on February 3. Zero useful information from the doctor, who doesn’t even introduce himself when called me. It’s the last place you want to go to get help. I hope my review will be useful. Thanks.
