Elle a procédé tout en douceur, en m'expliquant clairement les procédures, je me suis tout de suite sentie en confiance. Aussi, Pascale à l'accueil est un vrai rayon de soleil et ce, autant par téléphone qu'en personne, quel plaisir de recevoir un accueil aussi chaleureux que le sien! Je recommande TRÈS TRÈS fortement!!! Impeccable service from A to Z! Chanelle did an amazing job for me: she made me feel beautiful and forget about my biggest complex and that is a HUGE achievement. She proceeded very gently, clearly explaining the procedures to me, and I immediately felt confident. Also, Pascale at the reception is a real ray of sunshine, both by phone and in person, what a pleasure to receive a welcome as warm as hers! I recommend VERY VERY strongly !!!
