★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst employment agencies I have ever dealt with.
The representative was quick to find work, but it was a low quality job who accepted anyone. While discussing on the phone she did not let me finish my sentences, sneezed and coughed constantly.
The work I was assigned to did not work out and I have yet to find out why as none of the representatives are telling me why.
I have email proof of me asking what was the reason. I was told to call the office which I did, 2 times on the same day of the email exchange telling me specifically to call her & I was given the run around everytime and I have never gotten a call back.
Furthermore, I was signed up for a newsletter which I did not give consent to with no option to remove myself from. This could be warranted with a complaint to the Canadian spam agency.
Terrible customer service.
Fortunately there won't be a next time, I was being nice to call them and warn them that if I received another email that wasn't of my consent I would contact the government. The rep answered me that she could "threaten" me as well but adhere to my instructions to remove me from the newsletter (without asking any of my information?)
I recall never signing up for this newsletter and only started getting them once employed with them.
(Rest assured that this is not an email of spite as I have found work shortly after)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent my time with you (I'm extremely busy)- since I loved a position, I was told i was great for that position and to wait for an interview. I filled all the documents. And nothing for long time, even if followed up. Be honest and don't give hopes to people for nothing. People might have other opportunities,or you could suggest other opportunities- not just ignore. Talent acquisitors will not throw to garbage an experimented and valuable CV but will direct to the right place.
