Clean place with access for people with reduced mobility. The staff are polite and cheerful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service je suis allez pour l'assermentation de plusieurs documents demandés par le ministère la dame au voile rouge me les a faites en un temps record avec un beau sourire . je ne la remercierai jamais assez tellement elle est gentille est professionnelle. Y'avait pas de temps d'attente cest super bien organisée.
Excellent service I went for the swearing in of several documents requested by the ministry, the lady in the red veil gave them to me in record time with a beautiful smile. I can never thank her enough because she is so kind and professional. There was no waiting time, it's super well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are much more friendly and helpful than others. If you are there because you're enrolled to learn French they will still contact you in only French, which makes no sense at all.

The grumpy lady with African background who works at the reception treated me like rubbish. She was yelling at me, she was very unreasonable and was looking for troubles out of nothing. She appeared to be an extremely rude and aggressive ignorant, I don't know why such a rude person can work at the CLE. Maybe she had prejudices against Asians(If so, that would be ridiculous, cuz I hadn't discriminated her for her background yet). But for whatever reason, she shouldn't have brought her own attitude to her job and visitors, because it was extremely unprofessional, even in many 3rd world countries, you don't often get this kind of attitude. Anyway, I just found that she was extremely rude and unreasonable (beyond imagination) and it was impossible to communicate with her, so I had to ask for her supervisor.
But her supervisor(a lady too) said: "I was not here and didn't see what happened. She had not received complaints before." WOW, eye-opener, this is how her supervisor indulged the employee, so that if they had a smallest slice of power, they had the guts to abuse it.
To be fair, all the Quebec Monsieurs(Male employees) appeared to be nice and friendly.
