- location! Right beside a McDonald, across from the hotel there are Tim Hortons, grocery store, and gas stations
- Friendly staffs
- Decently clean
- Parking on lot
- lots of breakfast choices.
Cons:
- Rooms are bit out dated
- Beds are very springy
Conclusion: good for short term stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of ice due to a rain gutter that wasn't placed right on the building in my opinion. Rooms were okay , it was quiet .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a dump. They refuse to take out the garbage and clean the room or make the bed when requested. The plumbing leaks and the fixtures are dirty. The food is terrible and worse than prison food. Dogs bark all night and the stair wells reek of smoke. The service staff is unprofessional and discourteous. If you have any self respect, do not stay at this garbage hotel.

safe. Also the price went up every second day we were there. Their breakfast was pretty well the same every day. Very little to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housekeepers are friendly and helpful but seem over-worked. Only 2 for the whole hotel? Rooms are extremely outdated, and carpets are terribly stained. Some outlets do not work.
This place could use a complete renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean and comfortable, tv actually had a guide, super bonus points there. The breakfast was amazing, so many hotels fall short. I don't expect gourmet, but it was hot, decent tasting, variety of options. The only problem I had on my one night stay is the noise, al night kids running in the halls/room above me, didn't get a quite night's sleep. Need to enforce quiet times, because there is always ignorant people out there.

Carpeting had some very large stains. Very alarming. My room had
1 gel soap container missing and another in the shower empty(and had been for a day or 2).
The shower head is literally at the height for someone under 5 foot tall. Does management not check these things out? Unbelievable!!! I am 6 foot tall and almost had to get on my knees to shoot my hair.
I left too early for the breakfast. Very disappointed they did not have a to go bag or at least muffins and bagels to grab.
Just won't expect much if I go back.
