Day management not so great.
Ended up with bed bugs and they never closed down that section of the hotel room 107, showed the day management photos of the bed bugs, a magnified one and was told that was not their fabric the use cotton, I'm sorry but when cotton is being made it is woven, I was pretty much called a lier becauseof that, so we brought a pillow to show how it looked magnified and the day management wouldn't have it....on the plus side they washed our clothes and gave us bags to put our stuff in so we could possibly not bring them with us, oh and offerd to spray lysol on our stuff, like that will kill them.
Did I mention we're on a good bye tour for my mom that past and taking care of things. Thanks for nothing. Oh wait no you gave us bed bugs!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get what you pay for. The one room I got has no shower curtain. Heat didn't work properly and the smoke detector was hanging from the roof a few inside. And complimentary breakfast was a bottle of costco water. A juice box and a fruit cup. Destgraceful breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to let you know if you need great customer service go in and ask for Kathie Mayou. I booked for the wrong day and she did great with helping me and still got me in for the night I wanted. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I will be staying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is good, the staffs are ok, not overly great but ok. Negative: Rooms were cleaned on regular basis but the floor did not seem to be mopped properly on any of the days that I was there. The bathtub had pinkish slimy bacteria between the tiles and the tub. For breakfast, you get a juice box, muesli bar horrible coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not the fanciest place I ever stayed but loved its location and the price was right. Got a smoking room as I am a smoker and it was cheaper. Didn't smoke in the room qnd couldn't even tell it had ever been smoked in by the smell (bathtub had a couple burns in it -1) Room was spacious and well maintained/cleaned. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast had great variety. Great little dive bar downstairs me and the wife enjoyed a drink and a couple games of pool. The Dennys that is attached looked a bit dated but man was the food on point.
All in all I would definitely stay again.
