★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't stayed, doesn't seem like I will be able too as their front desk staff can't be bothered to answer the phone and will leave you on hold for an endless amount of time. Terrible service so far. This definitely does not make me want to stay here at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean, room is big enough for 4 people, there tv, refrigerator and microwave. Staff were friendly and it's a pet friendly hotel. Highly recommend this place. Close to Edmonton mall, seafood city, Jollibee and 3 minutes away from urban dog Day Care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have enjoyed our stays at this hotel for a few years now as the staff are always ready to assist with any matters that have come about. This staff are professional, courteous and friendly. The location is great as it is comfortable, quiet and close for any shopping or business. If we choose to have a quiet night the food service is great with a large menu that I provides an assortment of items for the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I turned 18 years old this hotel one of my choices to celebrate my Birthday. It feels like home and very comfortable.
The staff and crew are very hospitable, the manager who assist us so generous gave lots of freebies. When we entered the hotel Guard was so friendly and helpful. I had the best experience staying in this hotel and never failed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was nice enough. Room wasn't cleaned or even entered on our two day stay, Which is fine enough I don't need my bed made everyday but clean towels would have been nice. Hotel is in the light industrial area with no restaurants located near by other than the Ricky's in the hotel and a Tim's a short walk away so plan accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Wife and I stay at this location any time we go to Edmonton. We made many trips too Edmonton during the past year for medical issues and the staff is second to none. The room is always clean and refreshing anything we request is always available when we arrive. We are always greeted like family and a big shout out to the Michelle(Manager) and May(Front Desk)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love staying at this hotel. It's not too far from anything you might need, staff is great, amenities are also good. Has a small gym with a tv, a great sized pool and a hot tub. Rooms are clean and the beds are the most comfy bed I've had in a hotel.
