Quality Inn West Edmonton

Would not stay here again! Beds were comfortable but the amenities in the room were not up to par! Toilet paper and Kleenex were nasty so cheap!!! No microwave in the room tiny fridge in the floor in the entrance. Very few electrical outlets. Breaker blew drying hair.

Absolutely terrible worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was 80000 degrees and the air conditioner was broken front dest told me there was nothing they could do, come to find out there was several other rooms with no air conditioners. The toilet didn't flush my nephew room shower didn't work he used the one in my room, and the neighbors sink was clogged. 10 outta 10 would not recommend to a friend.

Our usual hotel was fully booked so we gave this hotel a chance and we will not ever be returning and I recommend people to go elsewhere. We get there to check in and no one was in the front so we waited and we weren’t greeted all that was said “last name?” Front desk didn’t acknowledge us and made it seemed like we inconvenienced her. I get it people have bad days, next person checked in and received the same “greeting”.. both native and the third check in who was a white man the lady changed her whole attitude said hello and made conversation and acknowledged him. So off to the room I went: Rooms seemed clean but tub was disgusting and had hair all over it and the walls had handprints all over them. Plus side is the coffee bar but it Wasn’t stocked the first two trips I made. On one of my tripsThere was a white family checking in and the front lady was very nice and welcoming to them. So I went and asked her about the breakfast buffet and if the restaurant was open for dinner and once again she didn’t look at me and she said “it’s in the morning” and “we don’t serve dinner” I asked what time does it open and close and asked a different question. Was ignored and made me feel so unwelcomed. Made me not want to leave the room anymore. The breakfast was alright, eggs were cold, French toast wasn’t cooked the greatest. Went to check out and seen I was charged “dinner” and I said to them I was told lastnight you don’t serve dinner and I shouldn’t be charged for this! Only good thing about this hotel is the coffee bar. It’s 2022 and the racist front desk lady should reconsider her job choice if she thinks natives/poc are an inconvenience to her. Disgusting service.

pretty unhappy, Left my leather jacket in a room and the following day i called to say i forgot it and was going out of the country for a couple months, girl said yes we found the jacket and keep it safe till your back. Fast forward 2 months went there to pick it up and its magically gone. Would really like to know which employee stole the jacket and would appreciate it back!

Positive: The check in was quick and courteous. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Not enough plug-ins Negative: Yes,the coffee pot was dirty. Noisy in the hallways. Not sure if they had vending machines for water

Manager/owner very sweet and accommodating.. Just checked in and thinking this will be my new hotel to stay at when in Edmonton! Coffee bar open 24/7 Free wifi & free breakfast with lots of current upgrades inside!! Bed is comfortable as well and close to the mall! 5 Stars so far

My stay at the Quality Inn was impeccable! The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Water was hot quickly when it was time for a shower. The tv channels were great for winding down. I quite enjoyed my stay.

With all the new hotels that have been built around the Quality it sees less guests. Bad for them, good for me :). The staff is great,friendly,helpful. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Great value
