★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The room was very clean and comfortable. Furnishings and decor was very modern. Staff was very helpful (one exception listed under dislikes). Negative: Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning. Only staff issue related to my room key. Was there for 3 nights. Each day, key didn't work in outside door. Needed new keys every day (which meant I had to walk across the parking lot in rain to get it fixed).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had initially tried booking online as a wyndham rewards member. It was showing that there were no available rooms in Brandon. I inquired at the front desk, informing them that I was a wyndham rewards member which has it's own rates, and he booked my room for $50, more than what it should have been. When I went to get my wallet from my vehicle, I found that the website was working again, and booked a room for the rewards rate. I informed the front desk clerk upon returning and he found my online reservation. When I checked my credit card online in the room, I found he had charged almost an extra $25 from my all inclusive of taxes and fees rate... complete unacceptable and dishonest. I will be taking it up with the manager in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I useded to love this place. We went here last weekend 2 couples and 4 kids. We booked this place for the breakfast and the pool. We got the breakfast, but the pool was closed for because the chemical pump broke. It had been broken for a while and they didn't know when it would reopened, very annoying when that is why to booked the place. I used to stay here often when I came to Brandon but next time I won't since there was no warning we weren't going to be able to use something we paid for during our stay. We told the front desk we were not impressed but they said there was nothing they could do. At least the beds were comfortable and the ac/heater was quiet for sleeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: An older hotel but still clean and comfortable. The pool is smaller in size but the hot tub is big with comfortable sitting pods. The breakfast in the morning had a lot to choose from. Whether a short or extended stay, this hotel will meet your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean room! Carpet was vacuumed, bathroom counter and floor were clean - things that are often (surprisingly) overlooked in hotels. Friendly staff, nice looking room with fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. The carpet was clean, the bathroom was clean. So many hotels overlook the whole “clean” thing, and it is absolutely the most important aspect. Did I mention the room was clean? ? We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of breakfast items available considering the Covid situation. They’ve managed to provide a decent breakfast while still keeping everyone safe. They were able to accommodate both our early check-in and extended check-out time requests, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
