Clean, reasonable price. Restaurant is fine. Pool is a good temp. I like that they offer a way to be more eco-friendly by choosing the level of room turnover you get each day (I don't need new towels and sheets every single day).

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Our dinner experience lacked. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink and over 1.5 hours for our meal.

VERY Dissatisfied with the point system they use to determine whether or NOT you are worth receiving a FREE breakfast. Talk about discriminating!!! Some people in my group had booked through other companies like Expedia or TripAdviser and DID NOT receive the FREE breakfast even though it was listed on their bookings and they only paid $10-$15 less per day. Others were Veterans who received a bit bigger discount on their rooms, but they TOO, DID NOT receive the FREE breakfast. Who doesn't FEED the Veterans after all they have done for us and this country!! They are the MOST expensive hotel in Brandon, and they can't give all of us, the patrons, a FREE breakfast for the price we pay!! Sooo disappointed that they are so cheap and make excuses so as not to provide this service. At these prices they should be able to allot for breakfast for everyone! Aside from the breakfast ordeal.....the staff are very friendly and accommodating and are quick to answer questions or get the things that you need. I found the food at the restaurant quite good and reasonably priced and their staff are very friendly as well. I will not be staying there again. The Clarion Hotel is right next door and better priced and offers a FREE Hot Breakfast as well and the hotel is newer with the same amenities, if not more.

Stayed here for two weeks for work. Unfortunately got off on the wrong foot when the room I was given had an extremely noisy fridge and broken shower faucet. However, upon inspection, they quickly apologized and offered me a new room without having to ask. After that, it was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was good, walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. There is a nice pool and hot tub. The layout of the building can be a bit confusing as there are many entrances and exits so you don't necessarily need to enter through the lobby all the time. Another issue is that there are no elevators to the second floor, so if you have heavy suitcases or use a wheelchair, make sure to book a room on the ground floor.

Not bad. Great deal.... room didn't have microwave, but we were led to believe there was one in the room we booked. The interior rooms (pool facing) had a lot of noise we could hear clear as day through the windows. If we come back, we would request an exterior facing room instead. Overall, great deal if you're on a budget and want a pool too, but even on a weekday the pool was very crowded. You get what you pay for... so this was a good stay in that regard.

Stayed under the winter fair package which was a pretty good deal. The hotel use to be the place to stay and will have to step up its game if it's going to compete with the new builds in the area (holiday Inn, best Western plus). The staff we interacted with were all pleasant and professional including the front desk, restaurant and maintenance teams. The breakfast was a decent deal with the food vouchers however like all hospitality business they seem to be struggling to ensure adequate staffing for full house. Rooms were ok. Shower enclosure was nice, tower was a little confusing and I can imagine would frustrate many. Room had larger fridge and no microwave. Hotel tries hard and our kids always enjoy the stay here. Good for entertaining with families as well.

Amazing service. They allowed us a late checkout on request. Rooms were great, pool was great. We had car troubles that kept us here well into the late afternoon and the friendly staff allowed us to keep our bags safe in their office while we kept ourselves busy waiting for the repair to be done. We can't thank the staff enough for their understanding and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond.
