★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time I walked through the front door, staff were great, clean and bright! My room was great and the bed very comfortable. The rain shower head and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was especially nice that if you forgot yours, it was there. Fantastic stay with great service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great from beginning to end. Very accommodating for the purpose of my stay. Room was very cozy and had a relaxing atmosphere about it. Didn’t use the breakfast in the morning so can’t really rate that. Hotel was in a convenient location for all my needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Competitive prices. Close to the arena so hockey tourneys go off without an issue. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the mall. Front end staff are awesome and professional. Cleaning and rooms are kept to a high standard. Great rooms. Breakfast are simple but hot and the kitchen crew rocks!! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! Relatively close to major stores, malls. The hotel staff was excellent, and our room was clean. They have a kiosk for late-night cravings- Ramen, chocolate, and complimentary coffee and tea station.
I'd love to see more hotels offer casting devices; watching cable TV is so 1999..guest should be able to cast Netflix and so on. It would greatly improve the overall stay and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed the night as we were meeting friends for supper and a visit. It is walking distance to the Keg restaurant and Applebees and many other locations are easy to drive to.
Lots of parking around the hotel and noticed that there was a electric charging station. If you are wanting to see a Wheat King game, the hotel is across the street from the Westoba Arena.
The pool area is well laid out with a deeper hot tub with a gentle set of jets. The pool is good for lap swimming or just floating.
Great breakfast options in the morning.
The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. They have the standard coffee machine, fridge but are in a room that can be closed off with a sliding door separating the rest of the room.
My only concern is the price per night. I understand that it is a new hotel but as per other Holiday Inn location, I don't see why the price is as high as it is. Especially for the member rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very updated and clean. Room was a king with extra space. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the barn door to close off from entrance and bathroom area. Breakfast had lots of selections and clean @6:30am. Just wish it wasn't self serve. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't take the stairs from the ground floor. Oh and our room was on the busy road side. It was very quiet after 10pm.

They care about servicing their customers and will go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Huge credit to Jena Ratz for coordinating and supporting our boardroom requirements, helping our team have productive business meetings. Jena and her team also made sure our stay was a positive experience - they really do promise to make it right. Conveniently located, clean throughout, friendly staff and outstanding service. I highly recommend this location.
