L	Love2eat Blues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Sun Tea opened in Richmond. Just across the street from Pricesmart Foods. Now you don't have to travel to Burnaby. They are still in the soft opening stage. Make sure to check it out later and there might be more stuffs to come.

E	Ervin Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on a Saturday evening. It wasn't busy in the store, but they were getting mobile orders & pick-ups, so it took a while to get our drinks ready. Soon after leaving we realized that they had failed to put the extra toppings on one of the drinks so we promptly went back. The individuals at the store were apologetic and quickly made a replacement drink with the correct topping added. 5-stars for that! I particularly like how they can make drinks with 0% sugar and the drinks aren't made from syrup.

The tea is smooth and not bitter, I usually go for half sweet but I think you can go full sweet for this place if you usually go half. Look out for their flavor of the month it's a great deal for a big cup. My favourite is the tofu sago milk tea!

The flavours shine in each drink and the baked goods are great. This will be my family’s go to place!!! Can’t wait to try the crab flavour pork fluff thing next time.

Tried the coconut pudding mango coconut milk and there were fresh cut mango chunks in it that tasted juicy and sweet. They have drink flavors I have not seen elsewhere. It was definitely better than the majority of bubble tea places I have tried.

Incredibly helpful and even waited for me to sign up for their app for reward points while they started my drinks. So it's my first time here and I grabbed a passionfruit pineapple tea and a mango slush. The white pearls are some funky mix between a tapioca and a jelly. Takes some getting used to. The prices are pretty good and the place is clean. Will be back to try a grape slush or a strawberry peach tea. Here are some photos of the place and drinks!
