★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just have to take a moment to share my experience at sunrise records in the Kamloops Aberdeen mall. There’s a lovely gentleman that works there his name is Austin. I would say that Austin is one of the nicest people that we’ve ever met. He is so kind and patient with my two daughters that visit sunrise quite often. They have had nothing but great things to say about Austin. His customer service skills should be recognized as some of the best I’ve ever seen. I believe it’s important to take time to thank people like Austin for making everyone’s day a better one. I hope someone at sunrise sees this review and recognizes what a wonderful employee they have working for them.
