★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My aunt moved from a VIHA home to Sunridge. All rooms at Sunridge are private and this really helps with infection control during the pandemic. In contrast, the VIHA homes are much older with congested 4 bed wards. The staff at Sunridge are very good and supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother lived here for 7 years and really liked it. He had a nice private, sunny room. The staff are caring and my brother was well looked after. He enjoyed the activities. Thank you for keeping everyone safe during COVID-19 pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mother is in Sunridge. The staff are very supportive, efficient and comfortable to deal with. The meals that are served to my Mom are wholesome and well presented with care taken to ensure she has proper intake. In addition, I like that fact that this home takes a holistic approach to care which to me has the best interest of my Mom's care at the forefront. Thank you to one and all at Sunridge for providing outstanding service with the patient being their top focus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is warm and friendly and take wonderful care of my Dad. The decor is bright and sunny and clean. I've seen many nursing homes in the States that are stark and institutional so I was delighted to see how Sunridge is not at all like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was placed in Sunridge 5 weeks ago! Our lives have changed forever! He is now calm ,happy and tended to 24/7. I no longer worry about him falling or if his clothes.will be changed. I am so impressed with the exceptional quality of care, attention to detail and the caring ,compassionate culture both in the building and in the kindness of each and every staff member:) There is positivity, laughter and strong, deep work ethic presence in every area of the facility. Many staff have been there 5, 8,10,13 and 14 years! Bravo to everyone! What a pleasure to enter the building each day and be recognized by everyone from the Covid-testers-greeters, Nurses, RCA's ,housekeepers, maintenance, Social work, Recreation folks etc.right up to and including the Director of Nursing and Director of Care, Jason. We are very lucky that he has landed in such a nurturing LTC facility.
He is now receiving the level of care he is so deserving of and has been needing for over 2 years. Thank you Sunridge, you all make a difference everyday! I bless you all to the moon and back! I'm looking forward to many continued happy moments, one day at a time.
