Best Convenience store in Canada

M	Matteus Clement on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 7-11 in the valley that doesn't smell aweful.... seriously. It's not perfect, but of all the 7/11's in the valley, this one seems to be managed/staffed the best. Not only is it well maintained, but the food is hotter, bathrooms are cleaner and overall just seems to be a well run store.

I won't even go here anymore because of him and his disrespect towards customers and trying to rush people out the door. Plus talking with a friend who recently quit because of him he threatened to kill a customer and called the RCMP then asked my friend to lie to the police about the death threat. My advice to people would be to go to one of the other 2 stores and just avoid this location at all costs
A	April Reed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to 711 to grab a couple things and use the cash machine. As I was walking up one on the aisle near the till the employee started yelling at me asking if I was done shopping and he could help me at the till. I grab a couple things and wanted to check my scratch ticket as well. He looked at my ticket and I had forgotten to scratch the bar code so he told me to go to the keno counter to scratch it and moved on to the next person. I scratched it off at the front counter and was done by the time he helped the guy behind me and he ignored me and yelled next in my face. I should have walked out then. I went to the back of the line which was long by now and when I got up to the front he rang through my stuff and checked my ticket. I won a free 3.00 ticket but instead of asking me which one I wanted he just grabbed one and took my money. He got my change and before he closed the drawer I asked him for change for a 5.00 bill. He looked right at my, slammed the cash drawer and yelled "next" in my face again. I work in customer service as a manager and I have never experienced service that bad. If one of my employees had done that they would be written up. I will never go back there and I am letting everyone know about my experience. I am not sure if he is the manager but it looked like he was training another employee.
K	K. J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude clerks. Never ask for my rewards just punch in a random number and cash me out before I can say anything! Also, go here if you want smokes or lotto. They don’t ask for ID or any birth date. Never open at night. Why bother being a 24 hr store of you don’t unlock the doors.

Rogers In the meantime stole the tax money Only when i mentioned reporting to Revenue Canada did they take action Even 711 Area Manager could not do anything. Who knows how many customers a day they have this ploy with stealing customers money Deceitful

S	Shannon Pite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went to the 7-Eleven on trunk and the man was very rude and I don’t appreciate that because we’re paying customers and we go there a lot… I appreciate that people have bad days however i have worked in customer service and you’re supposed to leave that unhappiness at the door…
