Got my aryclic nails taken off here and they sanded them way too much! My nails are in Extreme pain right now, very disappointed. The person kept telling me to relax even though they were sanding down my nails too much. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time!

Not a great experience. The employee was extremely rough when filing my nails, kept filing my skin. She was in a huge hurry. When I had a chance to look at my nails, the filing wasn’t great with the acrylic nails. Also very expensive.

Beware of this place!! I had a fill and was charged $60!!!! The previous visit I had an entire new set of nails done for $55!!!! My advice to Do Not go to this salon!!!! There are much better ones in the area….that actually want to be pleasant to their customers and are priced consistently…..

I have gotten 2 gel manicures, 1 set of acrylics, 1 manicure and 1 pedicure here. The 2 gel manicures and pedicure were amazing. They nicked me once but it was still very good. The set of acrylics was done well, but it felt very rushed and like some steps were skipped. Then the last manicure was an absolute disaster. I had been satisfied with their work until then and invited 2 of my friends to come get a manicure together. The gel manicure for my first friend was again almost perfect, except for some places the colour did not fully cover and some nail polish on the finger. My friend was satisfied. They nicked my other friend and the nail polish did not cover her full nail. And then my nails were absolutely destroyed. It was supposed to be a simple removal of acrylics and manicure. Instead it took then 2 and a half hours to finish. They drill filled my nails down until they were paper thin and red and in some places the nail polish was not even fully removed. I gave the technician multiple signs that it hurt when she kept filing but she was more occupied with being behind schedule than the fact she was ruining my nails. (Might I add it took them 20 minutes to even send someone to all of us, which should not happen when you make an appointment) After 1 and a half hours of filing, she openly whined to a coworker about wanting to switch to another person. When they saw what she did to my nails they put some other people there to finish my manicure but there was not a lot to save. On top of all of that they tried to get me gel instead of normal nail polish so my nails would be stronger, presumably with me also paying the higher price tag and the nail polish was done carelessly. When it was over (my friends had left 1,5 hours ago by now) they told me to “be careful” with my nails. When paying for me and one of my friends they declined a tip, which was the least they could have done. I am not going to say wether I would recommend this place again or not but I am certainly not coming back. I hope that the technician who did my nails does not get clients until she learns how to file nails down properly. My nails now feel sore and it will take weeks if not months before they will be fully grown normal.

PLEASE STAY away ladies!!! I walked in to get a full set and pedicure. The guy was pleasant when he first started then a woman took over. She was trying to force an up sell on products I didn’t want. Then she had an attitude because I didn’t want the more expensive product. I told them half ways through my set I no longer want a pedicure. I come here to relax and you’re very rude and unwelcoming. My set was a complete mess and full of lumps and bumps. Not to mention she cut me and didn’t apologize. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Save your money! It isn’t worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes great, sometimes mediocre. This is my go-to place when i need a last minute acrylic manicure. Generally they can take walk-ins throughout the day. There has only been a few times where i had to wait a few hours for a time slot. So call ahead before walking in. They tend to focus on time, so make sure to tell them if anything is hurting or not looking correct. A full set is usually done in an hour here, and they repair and premature breaks free of cost.

Update: 0 stars!! Complaint left me with them telling me I am wrong and not even trying to fix the problem! SAVE YOUR M0NEY AND TIME! I called today to say that my nieces nails were hurting! when I finally took a good look at her hands yesterday the acrylic was pushing against her cuticle hard so she was in so much pain once she got home and tried to do regular things like grab keys or text. At first she thought it was because the lady was rough and erritated her skin but I had to take a file to them so she could even sleep last night. She said they look pretty (they do) but like I told her that is not what I was complaining about! I was complaining about her pain, and after a 5min argument of them telling me it was normal!! Normal to hurt for a few days!!! Never in my life had I ever hurt from just having acrylic nails. I left telling them we would fix it ourselves since they won't! My neices nails turned out good after she got Hurt a few times tho. My nails turned out a little lumpy in color and shape seems different on my middle nail. Pedicure was also a little rough on my poor neice plus she had to wait over 30 min to get it even tho we made an appt a month in advance and had already gotten our nails done. The lady still went to the other customers first rather than finishing us off so we almost left because there were no seats open but the gentleman sent us to the back where we waited for a few min before only I was attended. I am all done and still waiting on my neice. Beautiful place, clean and spacious and the gentleman was very nice but do not think I will return.
