The car was fixed correctly, they dealt with all insurance aspects for me and cared about my ability to still get around while my car was being fixed. The staff were exceptional and very personable. Considering the inconvenience, it all worked out just fine. And I got an amazing detail job at the end! Bonus!
T	Tim McGowan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure to wash and takes pictures of your vehicle, because when they damage it, they will try to hold you liable even when their check-in photos were taken a day after you dropped it off. Their Manager didn’t even take the time to look into these details before he called me to tell me that the photos prove that it’s not their fault. Luckily, I was at the site when this happened and I asked to see the photo’s time stamp, which proved the so called “check in photo” was taken 24 hours after I had dropped it off. This process needs to be done with the customer, especially when the appraisal photos don’t include this damage and this is how you are treating your customers. The car is brand new and I was not even notified of this new damage in a completely different area where the work was being done until I discovered it myself when picking it up. This destroys customer trust and issues like this need to be resolved with diligence and care.

We got an appointment right away, great service and they did an incredible job on our car once again . Repairs were done quickly and Naomi’s incredibly friendly persona made the entire organization way easier and nicer. Definitely recommend this body shop.

I also was going to have them order new rims for my car, but they had them in stock and I didn't have to wait. The staff was very polite and helpful. The guys even loaded the rims into my car. I am very happy with the service I received today.

The hard water damage was extensive along the passenger side of the vehicle and it was awful. I took it in to Suridge Nissan Body Shop and one of the employees tried to buff out the damage at absolutely NO COST to me. He did this for free and I was absolutely amazed that a body shop would try to fix that kind of damage without charge. They were not able to fix it all as the damage had penetrated the clear coat and paint. They did the complete repair/restoration expertly and it cost exactly what I was quoted. I am amazed at their workmanship and my vehicle looks brand new. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend their services to anyone. They exemplify what customer service is all about. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. More like 10! Its really awesome, perfect transformation. And all the staffs are very kind, especially Naomi Brosh the body shop administrator she is very kind and very pleasant charming personality.
