★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Carstar Sunridge are exceptional on so many levels. I brought my vehicle in for a Hail claim and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They communicated well with me throughout the whole process and my repair was complete on time! My vehicle looked better than new when I picked it up. The whole process was simple and painless for me. Thank you Jordan, Sheldon and team for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Hyundai needed to be rekeyed and some minor repairs done through insurance. Several mechanics and even my Dealer could not help me and I was suggested Carstar. I dealt with Sasha B who was fricking fantastic and very helpful. She gave me constant updates and very knowledgeable advice, she was upfront about everything and true to her word can't recommend this place or Sasha enough.
They also have doughnuts some times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carstar Sunridge did an amazing job on my Jeep considering how much damage there was to it after I had struck a deer. The employees go the extra mile to ensure you're updated about the state of your car on top of the exceptional work they perform on the car itself. It looks brand new again and I feel safe driving it! Shannon and Sheldon were especially great to me during this experience. Thank-you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, Shannon is great to deal with! Paint color was confirmed prior to the work being done. They did a great job, my car was completed on time and I enjoyed seeing the progress report emails. Would definitely return to Carstar Sunridge for any future painting needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Tacoma was hit while parked. There was damage to the box side and half door. Melanie explained the repair process start to finish and the work was completed as expected. The body and paint work had it looking as good as new; I couldn’t tell where the damage was. I had an issue with the new rock guard not matching the original rock guard on the passenger side. Jordan reached out to me and brought the truck back in to match the passenger side rock guard to the driver’s side.
Both times my truck was in their shop, they returned it to me detailed inside an out and at no point were there any extra charges (beyond my insurance deductible).
The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First very poor service would not recommend going to this location. I felt like I was inconvenience to them for bring my car to them even with an appointment . Found out car was total loss they kept it 4 more weeks before releasing it to me the when I get it back key fob damage and not working went to replace battery no battery in fob (was working when dropped off)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had out Expedition taken to CARSTAR for some insurance work, I must say that we were VERY impressed with everything, from the moment we got the quote to the moment we picked up our vehicle. We strongly recommend them and we will definitely keep them in mind even when it’s not insurance work that needs to be done.
