Appeared and impression given to me is about the money not about the dog nor customer. Well they don’t need my business indeed, it shows well. There’s other places out there more Attentive and better customer service

Have to say she looked very relaxed when we picked her up today it looked like the toys were changed in her space and her cat litter looks like it was cleaned regularly, an excellent service and will be using again.

They helped transformed my senior pet dog Ayce with behavioural responses mainly aggression with their board and training program. They have exceeded my expectations. I was honestly just looking for a place who would care for Ayce while I am away. My mind was at ease before leaving him. I knew he will be taken care of. The team members were awesome and you know from talking to them they work from the heart. They are professional and knowledgeable. The place is clean and well taken care of. They are organized and on top of all the pets’ care and routines. They have given me updates and pictures throughout my time away and communicated any concerns. The trainer will meet with you for a one to one training after two weeks and before you take your pet home. A special thank you to Meg for doing excellent work with training and coming to the Vet and helped follow through the training, to Tracy, Kat and the gentleman with Kat who admitted Ayce on his first day. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. Thank you Mitch for everything! If you are going away and need a place for your pet to stay and be well taken care of without worries -Sunnidale Boarding Kennel is the place! Thank you for taking care of my Ayce!

Our 2 beautiful dogs were with 2 other dog training facilities before we took them to Mitch and we had very poor results ,, Mitch’s team showed us that the dogs could be trained and trained properly. My wife and I could not be more thrilled with the results we got from Sunnidale boarding kennels . From the young fellow Dillon who answered the phone and always helped to Tracey who arranged meds for our dog for one of his chronic stomach conditions everyone you can tell Loves animals Lastly a big thank you to Anna for doing such a wonderful job with Bentley and Spottie Thanks Sunnidale ❤️

As well, while focusing on confidence-building, he showed us our pitfalls as owners that were not helping her succeed. By taking accountability and learning the ins and outs of her disposition, this training provided a solid foundation to build a nurturing bond with healthy boundaries.
