She also never wants to come home with me... but I think that just proves how much she loves being there!! The staff are the most amazing group, their love for the dogs is unreal and makes me happy knowing that they will take as good of care of mine as I do.

The staff is so easy to communicate with and give you a peace of mind that you sent your pup to the right place. Our boy is always so happy to get there and is tired for days after! We love camp cookstown!

Staff is great to deal with and Tig doesn’t hesitate at all going with the girls. When I pick him up, he is excited to go and I know he played hard as he sleeps for three days. Always look forward to Tig’s visits to the Camp. Thanks to all!
B	Brit Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last month+ I’ve been bringing my one and only fur baby to Camp Cookstown to prepare him for us being away over the holidays and future trips. From the meet and greet and having the staff answer all my questions then letting Cooper roam, meet and explore to the weekly drop offs getting him prepared for his overnight, I’ve never felt better about leaving my boy with someone else in my life. Cooper gets so excited and jumps right out of the car and runs to the counsellors immediately and doesn’t even look back at me (which is not like him considering we are joined at the hip). Everyone always greets me so kindly and answers any questions I have about Coopers day at camp and reassures me how great of a time he had and I can tell just from his exhaustion after the day and the happiness he gets when we arrive he really does love it here. I really can’t thank everyone here enough and really recommend Camp Cookstown if you ever need to leave your dog with anyone but you!!! A billion stars up ?????
B	Blessing Nwankwo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a very very nervous dog owner when it comes to leaving your best friend/puppy/ fur baby whatever your four legged fur is to you, I STRONGLY recommend going to Camp Cookstown.I picked my puppy today and he was happy to see me and happy to go back to camp. When we go home, he jumped out of the car, looked round and jumped back into the car and waited.I could tell he had so much fun and wanted to go back. We are definitely going back! Thank you

My dog was fine however he did get nervous when he became surrounded with 6 other dogs. Zero time to acclimate himself. Dallas the apparent resident dog expert determined him not to be a candidate? However during the meet and greet, one of their own dogs was aggressive with another dog visiting for the meet and greet and according to Dallas, she justified this as normal behavior? Thank you for wasting our time and thank you also for leaving us without care for our dog this weekend! I explained to Dallas we are leaving in two days and she could care less. There were no other meet and greet times available prior to today. Not sure what the inside looks like however the outside pen looks poorly taken care of. Zero shade for any dog and they have a few cheap kiddie pools to keep the dogs cool? Now that I write the review I'm actually glad my dog is not staying there. I talked with the folks at Back Country Dog kennels, they were not surprised that to hear what happened at Camp Cookstown.
