★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobara Custmer service very bad. When I called customer service alliston she talked with me very rude and didn’t help me. Her name is Maria and I complained her customer service they also didn’t help me. Maria talked with very badly and hurt me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Brookfield forgot install our fence . And went to extent where they said we don't have an agreement to install one. They finally installed after we showed the paperwork. Where they had agreed. There sub-contractors delivered poor service at the end. This is how it has been for every repair work they have done so far. I do not recommend this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice sales centre. Seems like solid workmanship. Staff were helpful but not pushy. Model homes tastefully decorated. Some room/flow design choices did not make a lot of sense to us.
