★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back water community. The black sheep step-sister of Alliston. Don't believe me? Ask around in town and the locals will give you the real story. Filled with a bunch of over bearing seniors. Noisy, yappy, neighbors that have no respect for privacy and that or common decency at late hours. Not even a damn convenience store in the entire neighborhood. Oh but you can golf, whoopty doo. $600 per month condo fees and nothing ever gets done. However if you are expecting peace and quiet on a Statutory Holiday, guess what? The maintenance crew is all out in full force for their monthly visit! lol. Don't buy in here, save yourselves the aggravation....
