If I could give this development less then one star I would. It has been months! They took my money for a "VIP" ticket months ago and since then they have not bothered to contact me. Apparently the prices are changing, the floor plans have changes numerous times and are now up in the air as well. You can't call and speak to someone and they do not bother to contact you back. WHERE IS MY MONEY? Better business bureau please help.

They are zero stars. Totally disgusting business. Purchased a $1,000 fully refundable pre sale ticket for a condo development and they took it and closed their doors. No response no refund just disgusting business.

SCAM! Terrible customer service. More like a scam business. I purchased the so called β€œVIP” tickets. No one got back to me with any details about purchasing. According to the fine print you only have 14 days from the purchase of the ticket to obtain a refund. Which is fine, however it’s not okay when no one contacts you with floor plans available and pricing to even purchase? That was bizarre. If you can’t handle the capacity of tickets sold, sell less! Or hire more, pretty simple. Seems like they want to steal innocent people's money. After not hearing back I made several attempts to get a refund if I wasn’t being contacted with purchasing details. Let’s just say it was unsuccessful. Didn’t receive purchase details nor a refund. They have a phone line, but you can’t ever speak to a real person. It was an exhausting experience. I ended up contacting my credit card company and that is how I obtained my refund. Hope this helps out anyone trying to get a VIP ticket.
