★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are an affordable housing corporation. They do there best to maintain the houses they rent. They respond to concerns reasonably quickly and will work with people to a dress problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my gosh these people shouldn't have houses. They favor families..and they'll kick you out on the street if you owe them money. I owed for broken Windows from gang members and they wouldn't give me a transfer. They had houses all over city but none available for my family..lawsuit pending..

Careful of renting from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place that supposedly takes care of it seniors, and charges them like they do, you sure can't tell. Definitely worth looking at other places first. Nothing special about this place, that's for sure. Also not very safe here in my opinion!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silver Sage runs properties as badly as any slum lord. The tenants are landfill creators and they do nothing. They've torn down half they're fence. The half that isn't torn down has obscenities spray painted across it for all to see. It's been like this for a year and a half. An honest review from regulators is due. Reverse gentrification? This is in no way a professional property management organization dragging down property values. Soon to be a class action law suit target.
