About Gabriel Housing Corporation
Gabriel Housing Corporation has provided safe, sustainable, affordable housing to Métis people in the City of Regina since 1981. GHC currently owns and operates 359 units (~$100M real estate portfolio), consisting of single family dwellings, seniors complexes and apartments located throughout the City of Regina. We are strong advocates of environmental sustainability, and have made considerable investments in energy efficiency retrofits and renewable energy installations at many of our properties. Gabriel Housing Corporation’s head office is also net-zero, and is 100% powered by solar energy!
As a progressive company, our current strategic focus centres on organizational sustainability (environmental and financial), partnerships (service delivery & business development) and enhancing client experience. To that end, we are constantly exploring new opportunities to partner and invest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slumlord at it's best supposed to be low Income housing The houses and yards look horrible 1 house they haven't touched the outside in over 25 years . It used be a nice house they even put a new fence finally. The tenants hide cars for friends you can have a junk vehicle there for years leaking fluids on the ground. Another organization that doesn't know who their renters are! Just because her name is on the lease doesn't mean she lives there! This is another reason why low income houses have a bad name. This corporation needs a good house cleaning.
