J	Jay Vee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its become one of my fav places that I look forward to going to...who'da thought you'd get excited for grocery shopping ? but they have so many interesting things and stuff that I thought I had to drive all the way to Richmond or Chinatown to get. Easy access and ample parking too. When I first walked in was greeted by 2 smiling and welcoming faces...all my thoughts on the unpleasant experience I had while driving there earlier, flew right outta my head with those happy faces. I asked another dude in the veg dept for some help and I got another stellar service experience. Month later went back and it was the same good service. Gotta bring my mom and bro there soon. Place wasnt busy and I sure hope they stay for a long long time.

Great produce, competitive prices and a level of service that is not normally seen in competing supermarkets. We love the fact that there are a great number of treats that are normally only available internationally. The atmosphere is welcoming, isles are well planned and overall it is a great shopping experience ! Highly recommend.
L	Luna G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to shop for Chinese groceries! We often go to T&T (Osaka Market) but it’s been a bonus having this new grocery shop as another option. Their selection always looks quite fresh and the shelves are so organized. The staff are friendly as well. Their hot buns and soy milk combo at the hot foods counter is a great deal too if you’re hungry while shopping! The only downside is that it’s quite a small supermarket so the selection is a bit more limited.

The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, they will go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Sometimes they give away free gifts when you spend over a 100 and they are quite generous with these promos. I tend to come to Sungiven before going to Osaka, mainly for the service and quality. Their prices are also competitive to Osaka.

Both of them are very knowledgeable and have been providing excellent customer services. Jason especially has gone above and beyond what the job has called for. This will definitely be THE reason for my coming back to shop at Sungiven.

Really good meat and seafood assortment for Chinese Hotpot. I really like the tofu noodles which feel like real noodles but have 1/3 the carbs and 20% the GI of real noodles. Great for diabetics.

Friendly cashiers with lots of fresh produce in the vegetable section. The only struggle I had while shopping was 90% of the products sold are in Chinese writing, as a staff member kindly pointed out to me. Very fiew signs and labling are in English. I had a very pleasant experience all together.
