★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I will leave my original review posted, however many of the issues have been addressed by Sunco's CEO Mike in person to rectify the errors made and come to a solution moving forward. We are hoping that our service and reliability with the new system will continue to be improved upon when issues come up, but we appreciate the effort made by Kenny our technician, and Mike to improve upon the past service we received.
- Discrepancies between the salesman who showed up to sell us a system, and the installation team who came to install (without the necessary equipment) resulted in our install date being pushed back over a month during the busiest time of business for us. We hoped that our experience would have been more streamlined then it was - to prevent any possible disruptions in service / business for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly knowledgeable staff. Fast service and comparable prices. We have been with Sunco since Mar/16. Some of the items on the list of requirements needed to replace our 90ies telephone system were: Canadian product, local support, pricepoint and room for future growth. Sunco was one of the only local companies that ticked all the boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you read the fine print on your contract with Sunco. Our phone system went down. Called Sunco services they suggested to unplug and replug the system. The call took 2 minutes. Charged us $75.00. When I asked why the charge, they said there was a minimum charge of 30 minutes for each call. I wish I could find a job that pays $75.00 pet half hour. Not pleased!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've dealt with Sunco for over 3 years now and I think nearly everyone at the company has helped us at some point by now. As an insurance brokerage we are quite demanding when it comes to our phone system & technology needs and Sunco has exceeded our expectations at every turn. If all the other service providers we needed to deal with were as good as Sunco, I would have less grey hairs. Thank you!

They quickly identified areas for improvement, and provided us with industry leading solutions, which allowed us to upgrade our systems while saving a considerable amount on a monthly basis. This level of service did not stop once we signed on. The Sunco team remains to be responsive to any issues which we may be experiencing, while staying in tune with or future needs. This has helped foster a great partnership and not a vendor customer relationship which is important to us.

They have always treated me like a friend and have been straightforward in all business transactions.
