I planned to go to Bangladesh in less then a week and let’s just say I didn’t right requirements, it’s been so stressful running around trying to get the right papers from Bangladesh embassy. The embassy did not help at all but this travel agency was so kind and patient and understanding during the entire week trying to help me out. I probably called over 20 times or more trying to get a ticket because of everything that was constantly changing on my end. This agency’s customer service is impeccable! very understanding and reliable. My whole family got tickets from them and I definitely plan on getting all my flights from them when traveling to Bangladesh! Thank you !
