We sat down and talked about my options and was able to get me a great insurance quote to put my car on. Will for sure tell my family and friends about this location.

The quote you are initially given is a scam to get you signed in and then change the prices without confirming. Coming from the automotive industry myself , I was a referral from my dealership but it has been very very disappointing. Especially the services provided by my agent Smita, I have never experienced anything like that before and I hope no one does it again. Extremely dissatisfied and unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There seems to be some sort of pattern as other reviewer's had mentioned same problem with same agent, Smita. I had insurance through this company for approx. 2 years. I had no issues other then they tend to be unresponsive. The first year, my premium went up due to my driving school discount was only valid for 1 year which I thought was understandable. Now fast forward to 2nd year, I switched vehicles and received new policy on Dec 3 for one amount and they are now claiming they sent me a letter on Dec 6 for Notice of Renewal (which I never received) with the amount of $700..3 days later..$100 more then was quoted. They also state that it has gone up because I need to do my G, somehow mid-pandemic with all Drive Test Centres closed (go figure). There is now a cancellation fee of $1157. Each year the amount has gone up instead of down, despite normal driving record. Be cautious as I would never want another hardworking person to go through this during a pandemic with people losing their jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been insured with John at this office for the past year. They offered me the best rate I could find for my motorcycle. The agents were always professional and promptly helped me with any questions I had and even switched my vehicle mid policy at no extra charge! Unfortunately I could not afford the renewal on my new vehicle and switched providers, but that is something out of their control. The service there has been nothing short of spectacular! I would recommend getting insurance here!
