We were suddenly stranded at The Summerland resort when the restaurant called Local somehow lost our reservation that was booked and confirmed a month prior.....so there we were...11 of us....we had been having a couple of cocktails prior to dinner in celebration of our friends birthday so no one felt comfortable to drive. We called Summerland Taxi and explained the situation and they were there for us with 2 minivans in 10 minutes....AND they picked us up after dinner and delivered us home safely. They saved our night and were so very accommodating! I will use them everytime!

When questioned why the dispatcher said they did not have a taxi driver available. My friends and I waited outside. We are stranded in the cold. Not dressed appropriately because we thought the taxi company would be picking us up. I do not recommend relying on this business to transport you home safely. Thoroughly disappointed and stuck on the side of the road.
L	Leigh-Anne Cooke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable and horrible service. Called for a cab at 6:00am on a Saturday, they said it would be an hour wait. After waiting an hour for a cab it still hadn’t arrived, so I continued to wait another 15 minutes, they then called me to say that the driver was leaving and would be there in 20 minutes! After waiting another 20 minutes, the driver still hadn’t arrived. Almost two hours later the cab finally showed. If I wasn’t so hungover, I would have just walked. You could walk to anywhere in this small town much faster than what it takes for their dirty run down cabs to arrive.

We called them back and they said it would be 2 minutes, we waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. Ended up walking home. Not the first time this has happened to me.
K	Katherine Vandenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unreliable and incredibly rude. Even if you call ahead of time they will show up 45 minutes late. Dispatcher also always cuts you off, does not let you finish talking and hangs up.

Don't work for Kanwar. Terrible place to work and use for a taxi service. Nothing but complaints from customers. Recieved multiple complaints from customers concerned about their safety while using the cab service. Concerns of all kinds. The owner does nothing about these concerns and brushed them off like they were nothing. The worst run business I've ever seen. What a joke. To all my former nice customers. I'm sorry but I can't be part of this fiasco anymore.. Gordon
