★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly expensive (80 bucks for a 20 min trip to our campsite) and we were quite shocked that the driver was not wearing a mask whilst provincial restrictions require it in such small inside settings.

We did 7km in smooth traffic and the meter was already at 18$ and skyrocketing. We unloaded before our destination as I didn't have enough cash to keep doing. What a scam. Next time I'll just walk.
Two star because of the driver was courteous and on time.

When I asked for a van at the end of the Channel she asked if I parked the the top of the channel and when i said yes then she rudely comment that I dont need a van but she wouldn't stop being arrogant and let me tell her i had 5 people that need a ride and then hung up on me. She refused to give me her name. And other riders said she was rude to them as well. She started her shift at 2pm today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the cab companies in Penticton are pretty much the same as each other. Courtesy cab is a very busy company with a small amount of waiting for your cab ride. Every driver is different, so it's hard to get an overall picture of the business, but I have never had a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible experience we are from out of province we were genuinely lost and trying to get help I told them we had 5 people and his exact words were “holy Jesus so you need a van? “ correct me if I’m wrong but there’s more appropriate ways to approach that situation he was very frustrated with us for having more then 4 people and hung up on me before confirming a ride currently in a parking lot waiting for 30 minutes do not recommend
