They tell you to call and ask for a priority cab if you are needing it asap for work, which is great, except that never actually works. The drivers are almost always late, even when they aren’t backed up. Today they said they were about half an hour out so they’d try their best to be there asap but it is unlikely. 10 minutes after I called, they called back, the woman had major attitude and said the cab had been there for 7 minutes so get outside already. She was talking over me and wouldn’t even allow me to tell her that I hadn’t gotten any notifications to let me know they were here. I had no texts, no calls prior to that, nothing. So thanks for your unprofessional attitude this morning for absolutely no reason. This company really needs to figure out their system, then maybe the operator wouldn’t be so stressed and on edge like she was today.

Since its Christmas, I just want to say a special thank you to my usual driver, Mandeep. He is always kind and professional. His ride is always smooth, with gentle corners and no sudden stops and starts. Thank you, Mandeep. I really appreciate the wonderful service.

Took a cab from my hotel to the Penticton airport - same company - paid $15.40, my flight got cancelled so took another cab from the same company back a few hours later to the exact same hotel, same day and was charged 26.80. Receipt said Klassic Taxi. The driver accused me of lying when I said I paid $15.40. Use a different cab company.
D	Denny Keem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karampal is a fantastic driver, I can’t say enough great things about him. Very polite, accommodating, and most of all, a genuine person that will make all drives fun. Seriously wish I could rate higher because he made our experience today so much better.

The driver would not back up her drive, forcing her to go down her sloped driveway in her electric wheelchair, not door to door. On the way back, she was bouncing in her wheelchair. He stoped and hooked a buckle down which he had failed to do before. When we arrived back to her home, he put her out on the street and would not help her up the driveway. When I asked him to help, after I had paid, he said “no my job is done. “ and left, leaving us to get help to get her up driveway to her door. We were sadly disappointed in the service.
