★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summerland Animal Clinic is the most amazing vet office we have ever dealt with. Rand, Julie and all the staff are so compassionate and caring. We brought our chocolate lab to Rand a couple of years ago when she needed knee surgery. He did an amazing job. Molly adores him and we wish we could give 10 stars to this vet office. A recent scare brought us to the office in a panic. They squeezed her in and after an x-ray Rand calmed our fears. She is now on the mend. Thank you Summerland Animal Clinic. You are awesome!

He saw her in between appointments and made time for us instead of turning me away in our time of need. I would recommend every time! Bless you and thank you so much for taking care of my little girl. Xo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are the best. We had Dr. Julie this time. The cats where we'll behaved and the appointment was quick. Fixed up for three years now unless they get sick. Dr. Julie took the time to discuss any issues and recommended some training techniques as one of my cars bites the other. Still doing drop off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time taking my cat to Summerland Animal Clinic since the new vets took over. The atmosphere is so much more friendly than before. Very professional. I had called in the morning and they got my cat in at 130pm. She's already feeling better just the next day. So much better going there now as I find they are way more efficient and having friendly staff makes it much less stress free for the animals and people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole team at this clinic is incredible. Penticton clinics were not accomodating in emergency situations, and Summerland has done their best to get us in asap, both times we needed them. Everyone from reception to the vet tech to the doctors- incredible. They are a knowledgeable, and compassionate, and provided us with thorough information and answered all questions we had. Our cat was very sick, and they diagnosed, and then took careful steps to ensure they were not putting our cat in more pain than necessary. So grateful for a location like this.
