I was the first appointment and the service was done right away, however, they had to send out for more synthetic oil as they didn't have enough on hand. They didn't reset my oil life gauge. They did present me with a bill, roughly double what I have paid for any oil change in the past. I find it hard to give this outfit anything positive by way of a recommendation. Definitely a buyer beware situation. Oh yes, maybe my Ontario plates gave them the green light for this exorbitant bill. Thanks, I won't be back, ever.

Edit - it was all good until getting a tire change and the employees working on my vehicle threw my perfectly good winter tires in the bin (used for 1 season) had to go back and get them to bag and put my property back in the car. Gives me no confidence to return knowning they'll just throw my property in the bin if it doesn't look perfect to them.

She was very helpful, friendly and understanding of my situation. I was in town visiting my mom and my battery went 'kaputzki'. I got the new battery installed in a very timely manner - and was on the road home in no time!! Thanks guys and gals!

M	Milan Brankovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nail in my tire, so it just needed a plug. On my first visit, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment, so I did. Came back on my appointment time, only to be told that they were "running behind" and it would only take 10 minutes longer. Half an hour later, still no action. Bear in mind, this is a less than a 5 minutes job, that doesn't even require vehicle to be in the bay. Many tire places do this as a curb-side curtesy. Integra Tire has no work load issues. They have time management and customer orientation issues. Avoid!
