Highly recommended! Had an overheating problem coming through the mountains. They squeezed is in quickly. Fixed exhaust within 2 days.. Fixed only what was needed for a very reasonable price Got our vacation back on track!

These guys are excellent. Never takes long to get in to fix any problem. Friendly and do quality work. Sure glad I stopped by their shop when I came to town.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the guys who work there. Picture this: Friday afternoon, passing through town en route to Kelowna, 40 degrees and entering the worst heat wave in recent history, 8 month pregnant wife, 6 year old in the back seat, and a car with an engine that just died! Not knowing anyone in town, we started calling garages but it was 3pm on a Friday afternoon. Tire craft was the 3rd place we called and they were the only ones who offered to help. They said they probably can’t fix it but might be able to tell us the problem. Anyway, it was bad news and we had to get our car to Hyundai in Penticton. The gentleman behind the counter called Hyundai to see if there was anything they could do and even spoke to the manager there to see if they could help us get the work covered under a recent recall. I wish I remembered his name but the gentleman who helped us was so caring and helpful that I really want to share my thanks and appreciation for what he did that afternoon. CAA came quickly to tow the car but now we needed to get to Enterprise in Penticton by 4:30 before they closed for the weekend (no other car rental places available). This was our only hope or else we’d be spending 3 extra nights in town waiting for a rental car! It was 4pm and time was tight. He called us a taxi and said “you guys need to come right away…. These guys have to get to Penticton by 4:30!!” They said yes but 5 minutes later called back and said they couldn’t do it. I was totally bummed and so worried about what we were going to do. I could see that my friend behind the counter was just as concerned as I was about my family given our very pregnant wife and the ridiculous heat. After going outside to break the bad news to my wife and daughter, my new friend came out and told me that one of the guys who also works there could drive us to Penticton but we had to leave right away because it was now 4:15 and it’s a 15 minute drive!! The family piled into the tirecraft company car and high tailed it down to Penticton with 1 minute to spare!! The gentleman who drove us was so kind and friendly … and (safely) drove like Dom Toretto to get us there in time!! (The guys at enterprise were kind enough to wait… but I’ll leave that for a different review!) What was turning out to be a horrible failed trip to Kelowna, turned out ok with just a couple hour delay. We were in Kelowna (with the last available car in Penticton) by 6:30 thanks to these wonderful guys. Sorry for the long winded review but I just can’t say enough about how much it meant to me. I think he saw my concern for my wife and daughter and he treated us like we were his own family. (I see that management often responds to reviews- if you don’t mind, could you please tell me the names of the gentleman behind the counter, the skillful driver who took us to Penticton, and the very quick and smart mechanic who correctly diagnosed our severe engine problem?) Busy shop but had enough time to help us with our emergencies today and at a fair price!! Starter went on our truck this morning just as we prepared to leave Summetland to return home. These guys were able to find the time to look at and replace it within a few hours! I got back to my trailer and hooked up, only to learn one tire on trailer nesrly flat!! Back i went, with trsiler in tow and they fixed it right away! Friendly and fair. I would highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My wife and I had just driven from Vancouver to Penticton for a vacation when our car's alternator decided to melt down. Tirecraft basically saved our trip. They were able to squeeze us in for a diagnostic almost immediately, has the new part delivered and installed by the next day, and gave us a loaner car to use in the meantime. They were also incredibly friendly, noticed a few more issues that they fixed for the cost of the parts (<$50), and the price for everything was completely reasonable. THANK YOU!

I can confidently say I would send anyone to this Tirecraft. The team was very thorough and treated my mother like the Queen of England. I own a business myself and I really respect with how they do business. Again thanks so much we will be back!

They accidentally replaced the thing on the wrong side. I got a free install and parts, because they took responsibility and offered me this. They did a great job on both repairs and all since. I bought 'em a case. Van drives real smooth. Prices are well within market rates.

This morning I went for a change over on rims. The treatment I received was amazing! Char was kind and helpful, made me feel very at ease. The service was done in under 30 minutes and they bagged my winter tires without me even asking! Checked my brakes when the tires were off as well! Great team here at this shop. I highly recommend them, I’ll definitely be back!
