★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really decent pharmacy, I'm used to shoppers or London drugs, or save on foods, but this place divided up my prescription so they wouldn't have to charge me, something I didn't even know pharmacies could do. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the pharmacists at Sullivan Heights Pharmacy to be very highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are quick to process my prescriptions and also are great at notifying me if there are any interactions with medications I may be currently taking. The hours are very accommodating and convenient and they take their time to answer any questions I may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is based upon an average over several experiences at this pharmacy. Overall, i give it 3 stars because it has been inconsistent as to what I have experienced. Sometimes, I don't have to wait long and the service is great. Other times, the wait time is long, and the staff are unfriendly. So it's a hit or miss situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am amazed by the incredible service provided by this pharmacy, an experience very different from what I have experienced so far with other pharmacies (long delays, “fax not received”, errors in processing insurance, etc.) The team at Sullivan Heights has been absolutely professional, courteous and efficient, even delivering my medication to the other side of the city after I suffered a back injury. Truly a gem of a pharmacy.
