★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the instuctors here are fantastic, and I love their classes. I've been practicing on and off over the last decade due to moving away for school and work. I have noticed in the recent years that the studio owners and managers are not welcoming, and definitely have their friends/favourites that they treat better than other customers. Last time I was here, Darcy was extremely rude and condescending as soon as I walked into the studio. In addition, I glanced at my phone in the changeroom, and she rudely told me there's a no phone policy while her friend was also on her phone right beside her. I guess these polices only apply to some customers, and not all.

I was hestiant at first after reading some negative reviews, but every instructor, staff member and even other practioners have all been welcoming. It's very clean and a wonderful open space. A good variety of classes and caters to different levels.
Parking can be a bit tight during busy periods (e.g. 530 classes), so try to get there a bit earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is such a gift. For those reviews below addressing vaccination status.... the studio in my opinion has always been and will always be an open place. It’s is unfortunate that due to the pandemic the government mandates that businesses that fall under ‘fitness’ require vaccination status/ PCR or rapid tests. I’m more than sure that the only reason this is followed is so they can remain open. Rather than leaving negative comments on something they are required by law to follow after being forcibly closed for 2+ years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel as though I had to revisit my review after seeing some of the negative comments surrounding the studio and their choice to screen guests based on their vaccination status. I've been attending Sukha Yoga Thornhill since 2014 and they have been nothing short of outstanding when it comes to their ethics and teachings. The teachers are exemplary and unlike any others, and I've been to quite a few yoga studios over the years. I'm proud to say I'm a member of this community. It's quite simple - if you do not like the studios policies implemented to protect those in the community, then you are more than welcome to attend another studio. I'm looking forward to the day where my physical injury allows me to practice again and reunite with some of my favourite teachers and humans!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silly that the majority of 1 star reviews is because the studio is following government policy to show vaccination proof like any other indoor establishment. They are all from the same timeframe too so it’s obviously a group of ppl who know one another. This place in reality is relaxing, friendly, clean and pretty reasonable if you communicate with them directly! Stress-free and mind your own business kind of place which is really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who care to join a legit yoga studio, watch out! This is the same owners/management behind former Moksha Yoga North York, Moksha Yoga Thornhill and Sanna Yoga Thornhill. They arbitrarily expired 53 class passes I have purchased a few years ago that were set to “never expire”. Essentially, they stole $530 from my account despite all the records I have provided to prove the initial setup of my class passes. They are running a business but asking customers to act like donors. If you care about your hard earned money and want to ensure your class credits won’t be stolen, don’t join this studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So grateful for this studio location! The space is lovely and clean, and the staff are very friendly and professional. The parking area is a bit small though, so I'd recommend walking or taking public transit if possible.
