I ordered from this Subway for a staff appreciation lunch, the manager Ken was very helpful. The restaurant was very clean, and he had wrapped and labeled each sub with staff name and what number they were on my list. The subs were delicious, thank you so much Ken and staff for putting together a very delicious, rule following lunch.

5 star for great customer service. First time placing an order on their app and just want to make sure I the order went through so I called the store but the staff said they did not receive any order while the app said the order was received on my end (i placed the order at 6:30pm and to be picked up at around 7:10pm). The staff was confused as they got nothing on their end and I did not know what is going on (subway has no customer service line for you to call to follow up on such issue) so the staff said he would get the manager to call me in person to assist me. Turns out the store won't get the order until 10 minutes before your pick up time (to maintain the food quality). The manager told me after talking to me, he would tell the staff to follow up with me again once they did receive my order on the machine and they did. Appreciate your assistance and thank you for the great service.

As first time customer, unlike a customer who had subways all their life and have their specifications in mind, I had to look around at the menu and the different options subway has. Karen, who was at the first station, greeted me with rude and unprofessional attitude. She raised her voice at me when I could perfectly hear her. I just needed a second to look at the menu as I said earlier. She then proceeded to prepare my bread in a rude behaviour and even rolled her eyes at me. I was the only customer at that time, it wasn’t like they had a line-up. I hope they would train their staff in great customer service. This experience was really disappointing and I would no longer come to this location. I would still try subway and I hope it would change my dissatisfaction from this store.

Today is Jan 8/22 and I went in to get my sub and due to Covid the dining area is closed which I understand but the public washrooms are closed to customers and yet staff can use them. Really subway this is discriminatory in every aspect. I had to leave your establishment and drive across parking lot to use the facility at McDonald’s.

Great fresh food, came on May29th at 11am and had the most amazing service from that gentleman and nice lady. So friendly and personable!!! He’s absolutely amazing !!!!
